C. Y.Have used them before and then they were great. Since then their prices seem to have gone up and the quality gone down. They didn't totally mess it up, but slightly stretched a hem and did a bit of a messy job of the straps on a dress, especially considering the price, I wouldn't rush back

An absolutely amazing service. I had a big hole on my arcteryx jacket (shame on you arteryx for a few months worth of hassle, just for you to refuse to fix my jacket!!)
These lovely ladies had an absolutely amazing fix, making the jacket look brand new - for HALF A DAY and just a few quids! Absolutely amazing, cannot recommend them enough! I have been previously, and they did an amazing fix on a backpack of mine (which technically should probably be our of their expertise), but still - they did an amazing job as well!
