I needed sleeves on a suit jacket shortened in 2 days notice and the lovely fella who runs the shop was happy to help, and he done it with a smile too. He saved me from a wee jam I was in for a wedding that weekend. Cannot recommend enough.

I am absolutely delighted with the first class tailoring job from His and Hers. I put a coat in which needed taken in and the sleeves shortened. The workmanship is faultless and the man at at the shop, is very friendly as well as very professional.

I had 2 dresses altered. One was a difficult shape at the hem and I had it taken up. He done an excellent job of keeping the shape. He was friendly and professional and done an exceptional job. The turn around was quick and prices reasonable. I highly recommend, I would definitely use again.

I was having trouble finding someone to take in the shoulders on a blazer at short notice. I called his and hers tailoring and was assured they could complete the alteration in 2 days. I went in the same day and he knew exactly what needed done at a glance. Altering the shoulders on a blazer is no easy job but the quality of the work was fantastic and as promised completed in two days at a very good price. I won’t go anywhere else going forward for any alterations!

I took my daughter's jacket to see if the hood which had been ripped off could be repaired, I was expecting to be handed a bin bag to put it in but to my astonishment was told it could be repaired, I got it back a few days later and the repair is invisible, would recommend this business to anyone, excellent workmanship for a fair price.

I took in two pairs of trousers. One pair split at the back seam, the other with a torn pocket. Beautifully repaired. I cannot tell which pair had the tear and which had the split. Also a bag that I've had for many years. The zip was coming away. Now it's good as new and I'm so happy to be able have the use of it for a few more years. I am very grateful for all of it.

Phoned up a few days in advance as I needed trousers altered same day return and the man on the phone assured me this could be done. Went down a few days later, gave him my trousers and he altered them there and then! Took around 20-30mins and I had my trousers back - great service, friendly guy and will definitely be coming back for future alterations!

The owner, Tony is very welcoming and friendly and the shop is very quaint and quirky. Tony made some alterations to my vintage dresses and repaired a couple of precious items that have endured wear and tear over the years. The sewing repairs were seamless and of a very good standard. I would recommend Tonys services and skills to anyone looking to have those very cherished items of clothing looked after and mended.
