Karen always makes a great job of shortening trousers for me. I also needed a hole sorted in the sleeve of a wool cardigan, and rather than patching it, she added a dart to the sleeve which is barely visible : such a neat and clever job.

I took her in an expensive tracksuit one withe croc i just put it on that day I went down on my knee downhill and pulled with alsatian burnt a whole right threw 220 quid i was gutted didn't think they could be fixed but surprised to say u can't even see where the burn hole was in woven shell material

Absolutely fantastic: Karen hemmed and narrowed/tapered two new pairs of suit trousers (Zegna and Pal Zileri suits, that I'd received in "raw" untailored form) for me and they're brilliant. Also quickly fixed a couple buttons that had come off a pair of nice dress shirts. Highly recommended.

I have just had three items repaired or altered. One I didn't think was repairable. It was a fine top ,not only was it repaired ,but you would never have known it had been badly ripped, no signs of the repair showed. The service was quick , professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend here.
