I had a fairly new t shirt that developed a hole near the seam. Popped in one lunch to if they could fix it and he did while I waited for no charge. I seem to remember that they fixed another little hole on a t shirt a few years back without charging too. I have some jeans that need repairing so will be going back to see if they can fix them (and will insist on paying!). Many thanks

Very happy with the service provided. I had to repair my leather jacket and it was done in few hours. The tailor is very nice and polite willing to help if the work needs to be done in short term. Also we left our winter jackets there to be cleaned🥰 Thank you for the service 🙏🙏

This gentleman is a magician! My wife went into his shop to have the long zip on her best coat replaced. He took out his small pliers, worked his magic and got the zip to work again in a trice. No Charge - and a twinkle in his eye! Very impressed!!

The main zip on my "The North Face" Nuptse "700" Down Jacket failed after many years. I did some web searches to see what my options were and then remembered walking past this little shop on Highcross Street. I popped in and the chap examined it carefully and said it would be ready on 30 mins.. I went and got a coffee and sure enough it was. The zip is smooth, works perfectly and the coast was very reasonable. It may be a little shop but its big on service, skill and price. Thanks.

I can't rate this great little institution highly enough. Tucked away behind Highcross, this is probably one of Leicesters gems. Great and friendly service every time I have been and has always gotten the length alteration right (even with my doing the measurements myself!)

Excellent service. I went in to have my suit trousers taken up at the ankles - the turnaround was quick and the price very reasonable. The second time I went in it related to the breast pocket on my blazer having torn - the owner fixed this, free of charge on the same day - saying that he 'would be embarassed to charge' for such an easy job. Fabulous - I had a last minute panic as the belt loop on a dress I needed for a wedding broke, took it here in the morning, sorted by lunchtime! Fabulous service at a really reasonable price - couldn't be happier. Will bring all my alterations and mending here from now on. Highly recommended!

I had my wedding suit altered, bearing in mind the suit is heavily embellished which can break the machine's needles. I was worried that the gent at Fast Stitch will not be able to take this in by 2 sizes. I left this with them for 2 weeks due the Christmas holiday catch up. Called before in hand to make sure this was ready, it fitted perfectly! Thank you so much. I am no longer Bridezilla .... haha! Excellent service! Highly recommended.

I went here to have to have a strap adjusted on a top which was very reasonably priced (£5). When I returned I asked if another top could be done quickly (within an hour) and he said no problem. I also tried the first on and decided it was still a little loose and he readjusted it for me. When I returned to pay, he didn't even charge for the second top. Great job and wonderful service. Very good price too. Will certainly be returning.
