I have been making patchwork purses as little gifts for people who have helped me since I broke my femur in March this year. My fingers were so sore trying to sew on the clasps, I broke needles, squashed the eyes of many and even resorted to using pliers, to pull the needle through. I then had a light bulb moment and decided I needed short needles with a large eye. I phoned Needles to Pins and received excellent advice and service from Karen. In fact the needles I went on to use she included as a free gift! Karen has such an excellent knowledge and understood straightaway my problem with the clasps.
