S. W.The ladies at A Neat Touch have been nothing but kind, lovely, helpful and nothing has been too much trouble! My dress had to be altered quite quickly after being let down elsewhere, and they were so calm and have managed to squeeze me in for 3 fittings to make sure the fit is absolutely perfect even though there was only 8 weeks until my wedding! They weren’t happy until I was happy and although my dress wasn’t easy to alter, they persevered with it and made it perfect for me by adding cups, taking it in, including all sorts of secret clips and buttons to make sure it fits perfectly on the day. I can’t wait to finally wear my wedding dress this week and it’s all thanks to them. So professional, but also so welcoming and kind when I was getting stressed! Would highly recommend!

After the national lockdown partly lifted in April, I only had one month to complete my fittings before the big day and they were so helpful, and even managed to complete the service within 3 weeks. Toni altered a bridesmaid dress for me significantly and beautifully in such a short period of time. Her shop is such a peaceful place and very easy to get to from Earlsfield station. Her attention to detail is second to none and all the finishing touches (like steaming the dress) made it such a lovely experience. I will definitely be back!
