I bought in 2 pairs of my boyfriend jeans to repair. The woman at the counter explained it would be best to patch them, as they'll rip again easily if just stitched back up. I bought them in on a Wednesday and she said they wouldn't be ready until the following Monday but as I ideally wanted them on Friday, she said she would call if they were ready sooner. Lo and behold, they were ready on Friday! I was very pleased with the quality, cost, communication and speed. I will definitely be returning

I previously had my coat dry cleaned at a completely different shop in south west London and they managed to make an absolute. However, I called Carlton Dry Cleaners before coming in and was reassured that they had seen this type of jacket before, and were confident that they could clean it. When I went into the shop, the staff were polite, helpful and understanding of my anxieties from where it was damaged before. It was turned around quickly and is back to perfect condition. Can’t thank them enough!
