Faye is fab and happy to help out with any alterations. She is reasonably priced and even has lots of glamorous outfits in store too. Easily accessible from the station and has on street parking close to her shop.

I am so pleased that I had my wedding dress altered by Faye. Not only is she warm and friendly, she is an incredibly talented tailor. The alteration that she made to the neckline of my gown was perfectly done and I'm still amazed at how masterfully she hand-stitched it to create the perfect shape. I highly recommend her for bridal alterations and will definitely go to her again.

Faye's been great - over the last six years she has done several alteration jobs for us, often at the very last minute, all of them super quality and very reasonable price (one free!). Highly recommended. She also designs and makes new garments, including for "women with a fuller figure". Faye is a very kind woman and always tries to help us (two family members). By the way, we have no relationship with the owner or her business beyond being happy customers - we have just found that she moved recently and is no longer next to West Norwood station but a few minutes away in parallel road Norwood High Street (near big Travis Perkins). Easier to park outside if you are in a car.

Faye is fantastic! She truly listens to how you feel in the garment, and is honest about what can and cannot be done. She worked on my wedding dress and I went from a very worried bride-to-be to feeling absolutely stunning on my wedding day.
