A.My partner recently purchased a bespoke 3 piece suit and a dinner jacket from Gresham Blake in Brighton. The process was really simple with the help of tailor Luke, who guided us through the whole process and gave great advice on how to make the little details matter on both the suit and the jacket. When we went back to get them fitted they were perfect and needed no alterations (except the leg length but that was a quick job). Thanks Luke and Gresham Blake, I'm sure these will be worn a lot over the next few years!

J. M.I got the off the peg suit in Brighton, got a bespoke waistcoat but had fitting with Lillie in London as I live in Essex And was easier to have fitting there. it took 3 weeks for waistcoat to be made and it was silk and I love it! Thank you again
J.I bought a made to measure suite at Gresham Blake in Brighton some 5 years or so ago. An excellent purchase and a suit to be proud of. Sadly trousers now worn but highly recommended. 5 stars for that. However I purchased an off-the peg suit in Nov 2016 and this has not proved a good purchase. Stitching on trouser leg seam came undone on only 2nd wearing whilst I was on an overseas visit requiring me to temporarily repair with a hotel sewing kit. Took back to store and this was fixed same day -albeit that the staff member I first spoke to initially suggested that I might have to pay for a repair! Luckily a more sensible member of staff intervened. Fast forward to my 6th or 7th wearing of the suit and a colleague at work suggested I put my jacket back on as the seam had started to come undone at the back of the trousers below the belt line. Embarrassing! I emailed customer services but no reply. I did take into the store and the very dapper gent in the Brighton store apologised sincerely. The store manager however offered a more curt and transactional apology. She offered offered no comment on the fact that I had to bring the trousers back in twice (surely this is not normal?). In fairness the trousers were repaired same day - after I pushed back at having to come back into Brighton a few days later. I accept that mistakes happen and when they do a genuine apology from the person in charge is all that is required. My trousers are fixed (I hope!) and I wouldn't have even bothered writing this review if customer services had got back to me or the manager had appeared to be more genuinely sorry.
So here's hoping the trousers don't need to be returned again.
In summary :- go for a made to measure suit as a great investment but purchase off the peg with caution.
