Where do I even begin? These guys are hands down the best in the business. I came with a off the shelf designer suit and needed the trousers tapering/realigning/shortening and I needed the waistcoat enlarged. All of that a week before my wedding. No problem they said. Customer service was 10/10. Creativity 10/10. End result 10/10. All round 20/10.

Just about to recommend Lukes to a friend and realised that I hadn't written a review for them when they made some things for me a few years ago. The two brothers (and I believe their father helped a bit as well) made a beautiful Harris tweed double breasted suit and a separate pair of trousers and waistcoat for me. I'd ordered the fabric from the Isle of Harris already and had made some drawings of the designs that I wanted. They were genuinely interested in their uniqueness, which included lots of extra details, and made an enormous effort to make the items a reality. The results were fantastic and their care and expertise phenomenal. A belated thanks guys!

Absolutely over the moon with my tailor made trousers. These chaps are proper craftsmen. I don’t think you’ll be able to find a better Tailor in London.

Had to review this place. I went in expecting to spend about £1400 on a fully canvassed suit. Savv said to me 'find a suit you like, take some pictures and we'll make it for you'. I sent him some pictures and his response was; 'you know what, that really fits well. You might as well buy that and bring it down and we'll alter it a bit just so it fits perfectly', which he did. Now I have my wedding suit, perfectly altered by a proper tailor (been there 30 years) and he saved me at least £1000. Cannot recommend highly enough. Even when I asked him to make me a waistcoat which go for about £300 he said 'to be honest, the material for the waistcoat won't match the suit exactly and it'll look like you've borrowed the waistcoat'. One of those places where the guys so honest that you wonder how he stays in business!! If you want a real tailor without Savile row prices Savvs your man.
