Best quality tailoring service! Work was done in time, price is reasonable and work itself is brilliant. I needed to shorten my jeans and trousers. All measurements were done by onsite professional. Highly recommend this place, will come more here.

They've been doing high-quality alterations of often quite difficult work for many years for me. Shortening sleeves, repairing linings -- they can do everything and often to a standard higher than the original. Excellent.

I dropped off two suit jackets with front buttons missing, and a mesh-panelled trainer with a hole at the toe box. They were quite helpful at the counter and managed to have everything ready quickly even though I said it wasn't urgent. Their shoemaker managed to fix the torn mesh panel on trainers that I would have otherwise thrown out. My suit jackets were okay, but the button alignment on one wasn't as precise as I had hoped. It's an incredibly small detail, so I didn't notice until putting it on and fastening the button. I'll most likely have to take it elsewhere for rescue. I had read about some issues with their cleaning service previously and unfortunately that rung true in this case. Both of my jackets had some unusual markings on them when I inspected them closely. Nothing disastrous, but I'll have to take them elsewhere for cleaning. If you're looking for repairs then I think this place is okay for the price, but I wouldn't use them for dry cleaning. Always thoroughly check items when received though.

Best tailors in London. Reasonably priced and excellent service. Basically I bought a very nice and expensive Tuxedo and it needed resizing. They did a great job and you cannot tell that it had any work done. Overall, it's a professional place with very friendly staff. Highly recommended, I would only trust them with my garments.

Watson & Sons is the ideal place to bring my clothe I've ever found in London. It's not just about cleaning, what they do really welll, caring about the materials is your clothe made of, even about the timing. Giving you a really quick service, a professional service. Regarding the alterations, I have to say I completely trust in their work, I left many items, some of them for really important alterations and I got always an awesome result... suits, shirts, trousers... Even leather clothes, what seems to be a challenge to many tailoring places. I'll continue going there, trusting in them.

The best customer service I have received from an alterations/tailors. Whilst it was very busy when I was in there (she was super nice but could not give 100% of her attention) they had complimentarily mended parts of a suit that I thought I would have to subsequently take to a specialist saving me many a few bob, and the alterations were excellent.
