We called Rosanna 7 days prior to my daughters wedding as her dress had been taken in too much by the seamstress attached to the bridal shop. Rosanna managed to fit us into her busy schedule, let out the dress and have it ready in time for the wedding. The dress fitted my daughter perfectly, outstanding quality and customer service. Would highly recommend, thank you for saving the day Rosanna.

Rosanna was incredible, managed to alter my suit jacket for a cruise and did an absolutely amazing job. When you look at the alteration you would have never of known that the jacket has been taken in 2 to 3 inches. Superb, faultless service. I took my wedding dress to be shortened and have a bustle added. Rosanna is an amazing talented lady. In short she saved my fiancees wedding day by correcting her dream wedding dress to perfection. After a nightmare of a bridal shop that promised the earth we had come away with a dress that was far to big and other misfitting issues not too mention the rising costs. The gold fringe around a ceremonial flag was tired and grubby and needed replacing. This is heavy and intricate work. I can't overstate how pleased I am with the result. The flag is double skinned which had to be separated. Putting it back together with the new fringe in-between, and the skins perfectly aligned, must take great skill. I am thrilled with the result.

I went to get a pair of trousers and a pair of shorts taken in at waist. Rosanna did it fast, beautifully and perfectly. You can't even see where the waists were taken and they fit perfectly now. I can't say one bad thing!
