Carol is friendly, and chatty, and offers a superb service for reasonable prices. I have had several jeans/ suit trousers shortened by her and have had a few jacket sleeves shortened by her, with excellent results. Carol altered the sleeves on my dress,it was for a family wedding,she did it at short notice,the price was brilliant,it wasn't a easy job, because of the design of the sleeves,but she did a perfect job,I would go to Carol again,and I would highly recommend her, also she is a lovely person.

Only one customer in the shop at any one time + both of you wearing face masks.( which she sells that are a fraction of the price that I have paid from other places). What a fantastic lady carol is, nothing is too much trouble, listened to all your thoughts on what was needed, a brilliant job on my wedding dress, I had 9 (yes 9) layers for this wonderful lady to work her magic on to take up, she did it in the mad heat we had and did a fantastic job 100% to the tee, I would definitely recommend this shop and carol to do your alterations, thanks carol xx
