As someone who does not wear suits at all, and is a complete newbie, I felt extremely welcomed here. Shoutout to Andrew and Jordan who have immense amounts of experience and really help you get the right fit of shirts and jackets. I never felt judged or ridiculed for being completley new, and they managed to tailor a jacket I brought in, as well as a shirt purchased from them on such short notice. Super friendly and high quality, would definitely visit again.

Really happy to recommend these guys for anyone looking for tailored made shirts in Manchester. I have used them numerous times this year and they have not yet disappointed to keep me looking and feeling at my best. The workmanship and attention to detail in all my shirts is second to none! From measuring to completion it almost seems effortless with these guys as it is quick, easy and professional. My go to tailor Joshe is reliable and skillful but at the same time they all are. Lovely service from this bespoke outfit. I am currently having two shirts made. I was so pleased to have found somewhere that actually made womens shirts. Andrew the salesman i am dealing with is superb and highly professional and himself is always immaculately turned out. Nothing is too much trouble and he is clearly very good at his job. Well worth going here to get quality in terms of clothing but also in customer service. Which is hard to find these days.

They had a sale on got a £300 shirt for £10, which is every bit a £300 shirt. Quality is through the roof. Also got a £1300 jacket for £250. Both fit like nothing else I have. Lovely knowledgeable staff who have international clients. Really impressive place. Tailored clothing is the way to go if you can afford it. Otherwise go in when they have a sale day. They might have a wealthy client who is the same size as you.

Stepping in to the shop feels like stepping back to a simpler time. For my husband, who is somewhat taller than average, bespoke shirts mean he can wear long sleeved! The staff are friendly and helpful, remembering us with as much as a year between visits. The shirts are well made, fit well, and last for years, but they are creeping up in price. I would like to see a selection of more modern patterns.

my first Frank Rostron shirt is over 2 years old, well used, fits like a glove with a beautiful collar, & yet there isn't a fret on it. no wonder I have recently added another one! The craftsmanship is excellent, and 100 % made in Manchester, they compare v well with the major London shirt makers.

The Frank Rostron team are amazing at what they do! The Tailors has changed hands and is no loner owned by Frank, but by some amazing young and talented Tailors - they hand-make bespoke shirts in the factory upstairs on princess street and sell almost any cloth or fabric you are wanting - all imported by the best suppliers in Italy!
