My local sewing shop (aside from a large chain store) and I adore it. Staff are always so friendly and happy to help. I can forever looking through the amazing selection of fabric. When my sewing machine gives up the ghost, I will be buying my new one from here!

The customer service and knowledge of the owners and staff is impressive. I would especially recommend for beginners who may be fearful of asking "the stupid question" elsewhere. There are no stupid questions at Sew Creative and you will leave comforted and confident. I don't hesitate to recommend for small and large purchases.

Very lovely experience, this wasn't a shopping trip for me but my partner who was looking for a new machine. She discussed what she needed and what she didn't. Same day we were walking out with a brand new machine. We asked a few questions after a demonstration of the machine and they were more than happy to show my partner how to use it as it has new features she hadn't used before (button holes and such) I should also mention the machine even had extras included for the price which was already good price to begin with. This included an extension table and a walking foot and other things I have no knowledge on but I do try to understand I have unfortunately forgotten their names despite asking at the time who helped today. I am sure you know who you are though! (Mike maybe...? Sorry!) Other notes about the shop there was plenty of fabrics and styles and London Liberty fabric with a certificate displayed being a genuine seller. They even run lessons too! Very welcoming and wholesome shopping experience 5*

I brought a sewing machine from this company via Amazon and wasn't expecting it to be delivered for several days as stated in the delivery information. I was very surprised and pleased when I was phoned and told it would be there the next day, and it was less than 24 hrs from ordering to arrival. Very polite and personal service. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Life gets in the way of leaving reviews sometimes but as it is more important in current covid times to save our smaller shops and let everyone know how brilliant they are..here I am :) .. I bought a sewing machine here. I couldn't make up my mind which one.. I put a deposit down on one (I like this option as the machine is now reserved until the balance is paid)..and then changed my mind.. more dithering 🙄..and decided on another... All of the staff were brilliant.. helpful and patient whilst I did my dithering. One machine had an inbuilt scissor function..the other didn't and lots more stitches. So pleased I changed my mind and went for that one instead.. I use the scissors all the time!. I never felt pressure or that I was being a pain. The staff really wanted to make sure that I picked the right machine for me. Christmas and Covid have got in the way of further visits to the shop but my bunting was finished in time for Christmas and I have started on making clothing!. See you all soon hopefully and Thank you for a great service :)

I have purchased a two machines from them this month: a coverstitch and an overlocker so hopefully that's me sorted for life! Both arrived safely within a day of purchase, were packaged up well with extra instructions to the courier. The first machine was an ex-demo and I bought it from them as couldn't find one anywhere else at such a competitive price. I decided to go back to ask for their opinion on a comparison of two models of overlocker. I emailed on a Sunday not expecting to hear anything until the following day and received a phone call within an hour with really sound advice. Thank you Michael and Marie.

Not visited shop in person but ordered a new Bernina machine by phone from Sewcreative after Michael manged to source one just after the start of COVID when all machines for sale in the UK had been snapped up. As a new computer controlled 475 it has taken a bit of time to get to grips with, after using an old Bernina but each problem has been addressed by Michael and Marie, either over the phone (I'm in Nottinghamshire) or by next day dispatch of an item to help solve my difficulty. Most online retailers are hard work when it comes to aftersales issues but I've nothing but praise, and gratitude, to the people at Sewcreative for being so quick to respond, so helpful and all without waiting days for any item needed which was always sent same day, usually arriving next day. I purchased a Janome Atelier 9 from this company last year at the NEC Creative Craft Show. My footswitch developed a fault so I called and spoke to Marie. To say the service was excellent is an understatement. Within 24 hours I had a new footswitch free of charge without quibble and a post paid package to return the faulty one!! This is so great to experience in times where good service is not always a given. Thank you Sew Creative!!

Great medium size shop, trying to stay alive during the pandemic. It's stock on window display, out on Facebook, email your interest, click n collect :. From the shop doorway at the weekend. Worth a look, if you are stuck for craft items to keep you busy.... It's enough to make me ponder if I could manage an interlock machine. I had one years ago... Only I'm not sure it would be as easy now....
