Helen had done a couple of dress alterations in the past for me so when she was recommended to alter my wedding dress I knew I was in good hands. Being 33 weeks pregnant Helen had the task of altering my wedding dress to fit my expanding bump and ribs. Her skills and expertise are second to none and was able to do all alterations in keeping with the design and style of dress. A true miracle worker!

I went to see Helen initially to alter a jacket for my son’s wedding but she then ended up altering another four items of clothing, including a beautiful Beatrice Von Tresckow velvet jacket that I hadn’t worn much, as it just felt too big everywhere! The difference now, when I put this jacket on is fantastic and whenever I wear it, I seem to get compliments from strangers.
