Attended 2 day shirt workshop, having never made a shirt before. Fantastic experience that resulted in a lovely shirt that I will wear. Elaine is a brilliant teacher and the set up of the studio and equipment first class. Workshops are really good value for money and will provide you with skills that can then be used at home.

I booked the hoodie course and spent a brilliant day learning new skills from Elaine, who really is as patient and knowledgeable as everyone says! The atmosphere is very friendly and we all finished our hoodies that day. I'm now looking to see what I can make next!

Brilliant ideal for beginner

I attended my first workshop today with Elaine and a friendly bunch of ladies. The planning and instruction was excellent and the class was great value, even more so as the materials were included. I did the Get to know the overlocker part 1 and I'm keen to do part 2 . I came away feeling great and ready to have another go with my neglected overlocker which has been in its box and gathering dust and taking up space for several years.

Lovely day with Elaine and everyone at Sewing Belle. Learnt so much whilst attending the Tilly Marigold trousers workshop. Lovely workshop, lots of Janome sewing and overlocking machines to work with. Great atmosphere and very friendly/helpful. Would definitely recommend x
