D. G.Just collected my wedding dress from Sue today and i couldn't be happier with what she has achieved for me!
It was a charity shop find that needed some simple tweaks to bring it up to date. Sue was on hand with some great advice and listened to my ideas. She treated my bargain dress with as much love and care as any expensive designer gown and her work has made it look and fit so much better than before.
I would not hesitate to use her service again for other dressmaking needs and would recommend her every time. Thank you Sue! xx
W.Sue is a fairy godmother. I rang this wonderful lady as I'd bought a dress that was too small. After meeting Sue she said she could make good this dress and she did just that...in fact she did two dresses for me and did them in an evening. I can't recommend this wonderful lady enough she really is a fantastic seamstress.. she is one in a million. Thank you so much Sue. Ginny
M. S.Sue does a great job. I’ve had 3 items worked on. Her charges are reasonable and are equivalent to £10-15/hour if I were to carry out the work myself. She manages to complete it to a much higher standard than I could though! My items took about 2-3 weeks as I wasn’t in a rush to complete the adjustments. Bare this in mind if you are planning on getting adjustments for a special event.
J. K.Wow amazing, Sue made my daughters Leprechaun outfit for her dancing exam. I was panicking how to get an outfit. I rang Sue and she said she could do one, went to meet Sue and she already had ideas on how to design it. Sue made everything from scratch. Will def be coming back to Sue again. B. C.Needed a somewhat odd job doing. A fox tail to fit securely to the back of a pair of trousers. Sue was able to make a very firm & sturdy job. The tail fits brilliantly. Highly recommend this wonderful lady for any clothing mods or needs.
