Quality products , had a fault and I was covered by my 10 year guarantee. They send out a technician and sorted the issue out. Can’t beat the service. My door has lasted much longer than my neighbours who used a cheap local company.

Safestyle have done a great job on my new window and door. The advisor was very helpful with advice as to what would look good and work well in replacement for some very old french doors. He was able to quote a price and arrange finance telling me how much it would be all in one appointment. The Guy that came to fit the window/door did a fantastic job very quick fit very tidy and cleaned away all his mess before he left. couldn't have asked for more communication has been very good from the company too.

The fitters turned up very punctually and got to work straight away. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and polite. The window looks great and, as I always have been when getting Safestyle products, I am delighted - so much so that I went back to the company and ordered a brand new front door which is due to be fitted next week.

We had used Safestyle UK before and had no hesitation in contacting them again when we required 2 new windows. The salesman gave us a very competitive price, with no pressure to buy. Once the order was agreed the survey and installation was completed within 5 weeks. The installer was very polite and his work was of a high standard and left my house clean and tidy.

Safestylye were a great price, I had 4 quotes and they were by far the best price. They fitted really quickly from ordering and only asked for £100 until job was done. Brilliant fitter who left my home as he found it and the door covers the whole of the back of my lounge, no touching up needed. One scratch on the glass was replaced within a month with no problem or fuss. Delighted

I was looking for somebody to install a new front door and side panel to match other windows on the property we had just bought, one of your agents was in my area I asked for a quote and agreed a price i was amazed how quick it could be made and fitted on the day of fitting your fitters turn up on time and fitted everything In a very short time and not leaving any mess ,old door and frame taken away. We are delighted with our windows, the fitters were friendly, very hard working and they had a high standard of attention to detail. The aftercare however is not as good, I was waiting to have my call answered for 20mins. When my call eventually got answered the man didn’t really want to help me, he had a bad attitude. I wanted safety locks fitted as we have young children, it wasn’t offered at the quote stage and we presumed they’d come with them, he told me to just lock them which would be fine if I wanted the windows shut! He was short and abrupt and told me it would cost £130 per window, this is a ridiculous cost. If we’d known this and the type of aftercare we’d receive we may have gone with another company.

My windows were in a terrible state and from the very start Safestyle were fantastic. From the initial meeting to the installation they were very professional. I was a little worried on installation day about mess and noise as I have a young baby, but the guys who did it were very considerate, cleaned up after themselves and kept noise to a minimum. Would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and a fantastic job!

Just had french door, back door and small window fitted, very pleased with how they look. Safestyle were quick and efficient when coming out to provide quote, subsequent survey and delivery/fitting and couldn't fault the staff from start to finish at all, very pleasant and knew their products well. Safestyle fitted my Doors as agreed efficently and to my satisfaction at a competitive price, with the benefit of 2 years free finance to pay for them. Would recommend you try them for a quote if you are thinking of having any double glazed doors or windows etc. Having read more of the reviews on here I see the ratings do vary quite a bit. All I can say is we placed two orders with them a month apart and both were carried out as agreed and to our complete satisfaction. As to the 10 year guarantee only time will tell but trust I will never have reason to use it. Like all quotes though from any company you need to haggle a bit for the best price.

I posted the review below following the installation of our conservatory. I called Safestyle last month to report a problem with one of the windows, and I was pleasantly surprised at the professional manner and fast action they handled this issue. The fogged glass was promptly replaced under warranty with no fuss. I do hope that honest feedback had led to this improvement. I therefore have amended my review to positive. Thank you ====================== I have a mixed feeling, although the conservatory as a product was good, dealing with SafeStyle was a nightmare. They quoted for gutters for the house then withdrew it, two of the details agreed with the salesman were missed out from the contract he asked us to sign and we had to argue for it, they never reply to emails, it took 3 weeks to be able to place a call for repair, ... And although they call you after the installation & repair for feedback/quality, where I expressed twice my dis-satifaction, they tell you, I will get the director to call you but that never happens, I wish I never went ahead with it.

My overall experience with safe style was ok due to the fact that I was mislead with the dates I was told I could have. The installation date was agreed but on the day the fitters arrived in the afternoon and had to come back the following day to finish off. It felt like they had to cram as many jobs in one day as they could?
