P. N.My 44 year old Bernina sewing machine failed because the needle jammed while I was sewing thick fabric. I phoned Tony who advised me that a repair might be possible. I took the machine to the shop that day and he explained likely causes of the problem. Within 24 hours he phoned to say the machine was ready to collect after a thorough service and removal of a lifetime of fluff and threads from the mechanism. My machine is now working perfectly and I have been able to complete a fiddle blanket for my mother. Tony's professionalism, knowledge, skill and prompt service were exemplary. I highly recommend Clifford's.

From the moment I called to ask if they could assist with my diverse array they could not have been more helpful. Dropped them all off and got to know the guys a little during the visit where it became crystal clear that they were extremely knowledgable and my machines were in very good hands. Very fast turnaround to collect, all sorted and updated and now all three are running beautifully. Cannot recommend these chaps enough, superb customer service, great knowledge base and incredibly friendly too!
