Cost of alternations and turnaround time are pretty decent - just ensure you reach out to Sonal within good time before you need your item fixed/stitched. Sonal also has a lovely large range of pre-made items like chania choli - I have brought a few and have had many great comments, friends have now also liaised with Sonal in the same way.
