What a wonderful experience! I was looking for a dress for Glyndebourne. The ladies were so brilliant. They helped me find a dress I absolutely loved and felt really great in. They made alterations so it fitted me perfectly and was the exact length for the shoes I wore. The best part was hanging out with such lovely ladies while trying on beautiful dresses in a magical boutique. Not only do you come away with an amazing dress, you come away with such a feel-good experience. I highly recommended them on every level.

An excellent experience. Beautiful dresses and reasonably price’s. The ladies are absolutely amazing. They could not do enough for me and my daughter. They allowed us to return 3 times to make adjustments to my daughters to ensure that she was happy. This place is a real hidden gem. I would strongly advise you to take a trip and have a look. We had a fantastic experience choosing a dress to hire for my daughter at a formal Christmas dinner. They stock a lovely range to buy or hire. In the end we opted to hire but still had the dress hemmed to correct length and a couple of tucks added for a better fit. Massive thanks to Vicky who was very helpful with suggestions and ideas. The dress chosen was stunning. The whole process was very easy. It is a small shop but packed with lovely goodies and we were treated in a way that made us feel very special. Thanks for everything.

I had simply the best experience. I was totally stuck in finding a dress for my friends wedding and had tried over 30 from the high street. Carolyn Keyes was recommended from a friend and I want to pass on the secret! Not only did they make me feel amazing in all the dresses I tried on, they really thought about what suited me and the other dresses in the bridal party. To top off this 5 star service, my dress was altered and ready for me for the big day with no fuss or stress at all. I felt like a million dollars on the big day and got lots of compliments. 10/10!!! The service provided is amazing, all the ladies so attentive, patient, friendly, kind and give lots of helpful hints, tips and advice. Big shout out to Nicky in particular, who made the whole experience so special. My daughter was truly made to feel like a princess. There are many dresses to choose from and we didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point. My daughter tried on several and ended up with her dream dress. Alterations were done swiftly and only 2 days before prom, because we had to cancel our earlier appointment due to illness. Nothing was too much for Nicky, she was happy to help and accommodate us. Where do I start!? From the moment me and my then fiance (now husband eeeeek!) walked in, we knew this place was special. The ladies in the shop were so kind and helpful, in particular Vicki who has been on my dress journey from the beginning. I tried on my first ever wedding dress, and a year later I still kept going back to it, until I finally decided THIS IS IT! The dresses in the store are beautiful and high quality. Making appointments was easy and flexible, and the tailoring was fantastic. I want to say thank you for all of your help and all the laughs. bought the most STUNNING prom dress here! was so so beautiful and insane quality, caught my eye in the shop window and had to make the 1.5hour journey to come back to buy it i loved it so much!! at prom i won the award for 'dress of dreams' and i recieved hundreds of compliments from all my friends and family 🥰 the staff in the shop are so so kind and im so grateful for the dress fitting and trying on experience, 10000% recommend!!

Amazing. Carolyn made a bespoke dress for me. I can't wait to wear it at my son's wedding in October. I have a large tummy and Carolyn was so thoughtful about how she cut out a design for my curves. She is a pure professional and we are lucky to have her in our locality. Her staff are also fantastic and make you feel very welcome.
