Rob and the team at Mullen & Mullen provide a first rate service. The help and advice choosing cloth and style is invaluable. I’ve bought several suits from Mullen & Mullen; all have been a great fit and wear incredibly well. A bespoke suit from Mullen & Mullen is great value and outstanding quality.

My boyfriend recently purchased a bespoke suit from Mullen and Mullen and he was very impressed with the service he received. The service was fantastic, the suit had to be made within a very short period of time due to an upcoming wedding and it still fit wonderfully. Great range of fabrics and styles to choose from, very customisable suits. The embroidery of his initials look great under his collar and on the inside of the jacket!

I came to Mullen and Mullen for a suit for my wedding last year. I was introduced to Rob who gave me a brief outline of what I could have for varying prices , cloths, colours, buttons,styles, lining etc. I went home did my homework and returned with my ideas which were well received , altered and refined. I was measured and the suit went away to be made. I returned on two separate occasions for fittings and standard alterations. The last time I attended Rob himself recommended an alteration as he thought it would look better , so did I. The suit returned promptly beautifully pressed on a nice hanger and in a great suit case. Overall the service was excellent from start to finish. Any doubts I had through the process were dealt with immediately. It’s rare to find a service that does exactly what it says it will these days but Mullen and Mullen certainly do. Great value for money ( l think) for an extremely quality suit . I recently had a suit made by Mullen & Mullen and I can't rate them highly enough. I'm based in London so I saw their visiting tailor who is in town for a couple of days every week. During the whole process I felt in safe hands. From being guided through a great selection of local fabrics to an extended discussion on what cut I was looking for, right through to the final fitting. It was just easy. They were very accommodating when it came to organising appointments. At work or home and even late in the evening was never an issue. I've already had a number of flattering comments on the suit. The best. We live in Florida and vacationed in York. I wanted to have a high-quality English suit made for my husband while we were there, and I found them online. We spent an hour or so there and they fitted and measured everything possible. The tailor said they usually needed two or more fittings to get everything just right, but we only had the one chance, since we were there for only a few days. In six weeks, we received the suit and it was absolutely dead perfect. My husband looks like Tom Hiddleston now. 😊

The entire experience was very enjoyable. Rob (store manager) has the perfect balance, he's open, friendly and knowledgable. I had no knowledge of tailoring and Rob took the time to explain things to me without the slightest hint of condescension. His explanation and guidance were invaluable and without Rob, I'd still be suit less. I had several fittings, with tweaks being made each time, nothing was too much trouble. As for the suit, it fits perfectly and is beautifully made.
