Fungal toenail infection removal by laser therapy and abrasion nail filing. Several sessions required to give complete clearance of fungal nail infection. My son was 8 on starting treatment and had variable tolerance to treatment due to sensitivity to people working on his toes. Appears to be a very successful method of treating fungal toenail infection where the laser is tolerated and the sessions are repeated. Dave is a wealth of knowledge and a keen health care professional, working in hygenic conditions to give you the best outcome possible for your needs. I found it easy to trust him. Many thanks Dave

I was interested in getting some 30 year old Indian Ink tattoos removed. After checking out a few places , I got speaking to David at this company. He was pleasant to deal with on the phone and that did not change when I went for a consultation. I managed to get booked in within a couple of days of my initial phone call . He obviously explained everything to me about the procedure and assured me that although it would be slightly uncomfortable getting my tattoos removed that it would be worth it when they are gone . ( I didn’t find it painful at all , just a slight burn afterwards which didn’t last long) I was told by other Tattoo removal companies that my tattoos would probably take about 6 visits at a cost of around £80 per session. David is fairly confident that he can remove them in around 4 Sessions at a cost of £35 per session. (Although he wasn’t too happy telling me this bit ) 😂😂

I wasn't under any obligation to go ahead with the procedure during my initial consultation - which was free, but I wasn't rushed and Dave took the time to thoroughly explain everything in detail, considering he could've had 2 or more paying customers in during that time i thought showed his dedication. Very, very reasonably priced and offers great package deals and not nearly as painful as I expected! I'd definitely recommend On Second Thought

I have had bad toenail infection for years on 3 toes on my right foot (see horrific 'before' photo!). I had tried all the usual home treatments with absolutely no result. My GP prescribed tablets but I had horrible side effects. I was extremely self conscious about the appearance of my toes, so I did some research and discovered Dave. As a doctor I was very impressed with Dave's clinical knowledge of fungal nail disease, its cause and how to prevent relapse. He went through a thorough health assessment to rule out contraindications to laser treatment. In other words, Dave is not just a tattoo removal guy who will have a go at your feet if you ask him, he is thoroughly qualified! Anyway, as you can see from the before and after photos Dave has done a brilliant job removing 99.99% of my manky toenails and the remaining 0.01% is about to be trimmed off at my next pedicure! Thank you Dave, you are a legend and a really nice guy as well!!
