Talented artists, friendly they all make you feel welcome, I had a 2 day sitting with Harrison love what he did for me very talented artist, very patient especially with all my leg twitching Will definitely will be going back for more. Thank you again your all wonderful.

It's been biggest pleasure to visit your shop today. Warm welcome, complimentary drinks and snacks, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, talkative staff. Harrison is really professional and people like him are the definition of true tatto artists. Tattoo design and tattooing process made look easy and delivered to highest standards. Not only tattoo shops but all industries should provide experience like this place does. Amazing!

Had the most beautiful tattoo done by Dan, he reworked an old one and added more to my sleeve and I LOVE it now 😍 Did such an amazing job, created an amazing piece for me. Kept me in good spirits for a long session and was looked after there with lots of snacks and drinks. Can't wait to go back and get more, 100% recommend

I contacted Medusa ink for a same day appointment and received a call back within the hour offering me availability with Dan. I turned up to a lovely atmosphere and a great artist who did a fantastic tattoo for me with shading and dotwork!

I use Medusa Ink for Laser Hair Removal with Jen and am getting tattooed by Ellie. Both are great and make you feel welcome. The other artists there are all friendly. Laser Hair Removal - Jen. Being scared of the process, Jen talked you through it all and makes sure you are comfortable before starting. Even with covid lockdown and restrictions she has had to adjust the sessions. But kept a professional service. She is lasering my facial hair as part of my gender transition. The studio is LGBT+ supportive. Tattoo - Ellie. Ellie is doing a huge tattoo for me. Based on some ideas I gave her. Her artwork is fantastic and after designing my tattoo. I asked her to do some art work for my company while the country was in Lockdown. Now we are working on the design and its looking fantastic. She is great at tattooing and art.

Recently I had my sons named added above ny daughters by Dan. I wasn't sure on how i wanted the name added but dan was able to take my ideas and created his own -which i love! Dan is reworking an old sleeve & has far exceeded my expectations. Being anxious after a previous bad experience, Dan was very understanding and patient. His artistic vision is amazing as I had no idea what could be done. He is an amazing artist & has made me proud to show off my tattoos rather than hiding them away. Medusa Ink is a fantastic studio which has wonderful staff and a great friendly atmosphere. I was made to feel at ease from my first visit, they are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. I will be going back for lots more and based on my experience I would highly recommend them.

Lovely staff in the shop, I had magnetic removal done by Rebecca on my lips to remove a previous lip blush.Very professional and put me at ease throughout. I then had a small tattoo done by Harrison who was also great I asked about a cover up but he suggested I liase with a more experienced artist about this. I thought this was very honest of him and demonstrates his professionalism as an artist. Thanks guys must say its been years and I've been reminded of the pain but when I'm ready to go again id definitely return here would highly recommend.

Went in there with my son who had a piercing. Had a chat with staff who were very helpful and friendly .made me welcome which goes a long way these days .designs are good and tattoos look really good .going there for my next session
