After researching many local tattoo removal places I found Jenny at No Regrets in Medusa Ink.It is very reasonable priced. I went for a consultation , Jenny is very friendly, always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. The removal also does not hurt like everyone kept saying it would!! I am only on my second session and I can’t wait for my next one! X

I waited a while and did a fair bit of googling before going to Jenny as I was a little nervous about starting a long expensive process to get my tattoo removed. I have now had three treatments with jenny @ No Regrets and have my 4th booked... she has been honest, friendly and professional at every appointment and I can definitely see progress with parts of my tattoo dropping out already and it's definitely fading. I am going for full removal so have a few more appointments to go to achieve this but would highly recommend Jenny as she genuinely cares that I get the outcome I want and takes time to explain how it all works and what you can do to help the process along. It's also not as painful as I thought it might be, a lot quicker and with an appointment around every 6 weeks it's very affordable 😊.

OVER THE MOON! Today I finally made the decision to have an unwanted tattoo removed. I had been considering this for a while and was so worried about the side effects and how painful it would be. Jenny was amazing before the treatment during and after the treatment she was so thorough and I am so glad that I chose to go through with it. Now let’s talk pain because that was really a big factor for me, I won’t lie and say it was painless because that would be silly of me to do that, but the pain is bearable for anybody and after a couple of minutes of a hot stinging feeling then that pain disappears and it just feels very hot in the area sort of like when you sun burn on holiday, I didn’t need to stop at all and it was over and done within a few minutes. I had some writing, swirls and flowers removed from my lower back. I want these next 6 weeks to fly by so I can get booked in again. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to remove an unwanted tattoo!!

Wanted to remove some really rubbish tattoos... Had a look around and came across No Regrets Tattoo Removal. I was incredibly nervous as I had no idea what to expect and was really worried how it would turn out. Jenny, was my lazer lady and she made me feel so at ease. She went through everything with me in great detail before even starting the process including pain, aftercare, how long until the next session and proved that she is great at her job. The lazering went well and was abit painful but just like a tattoo when you get used to it, not so bad. Kind of feels like when your cooking bacon and the fat spits at you... that kind of pain... And different areas have different pains.... Not all one place is the same but bearable. During the healing process I knocked the blisters and it became open and very sore, messaged Jenny straight away and was able to give me advice and ensure that I took the right steps so it would still heal the way in which it should. Highly recommend, professional knowledgeable, hygienic and overall fantastic service and experience with them ❤

I had my first apt with Jenny at No Regrets Tattoo - She was honest from the moment that I had spoken to her, the prices for laser are fair for all, she treats everyone the same and really wants the best for you. She is not after your money, but she cares, gives you great advice and explains in detail how the laser works. I have just had a Carbon Laser Rejuvenation session with Jen at No Regrets Aesthetics and I would recommend both the process and the company without reservation. First off, Jen is a warm, calming, welcoming presence making the whole experience pleasant, explaining what she is doing and what I should be feeling. She put me at ease and I felt comfortable to halt the process a couple of times when the 'tingle' became a little too much in certain areas of my face, I always felt safe and that I was in the hands of a professional. Advice on aftercare was clear and concise. As far as the results, A number of people mentioned the glow I seemed to have in the days afterwards, and I myself noticed my skin to be softer and clearer. I wondered if I could justify the cost, but I will be going back as soon as I can.

I'm a 39 year old woman with weird facial skin: dry cheeks & oily T-zone & stubborn acne which only occur on the left side of my face! I got so frustrated that no prescribed topical acne cream & over the counter products were effective. I took a lengthy course of antibiotics but had to stop due Io having risk of damaging kidneys! I first heard of No Regrets Aesthetics from a friend. Had a look at the website &, as an NHS healthcare professional, I was impressed by the dissemination of the treatment. The price was shockingly affordable. I said to myself I must try it I won't lose anything. And there I met my lovely therapist Jenny. Her knowledge & transparency really amazed me. I straight away felt comfortable & trusted in Jenny & her treatment. The session went smooth. Jenny is so friendly that I didn't feel bored. She updated me at every step & did not let me feel worried. After treatment Jenny was very specific about after care. I was happy that I was able to care for my skin with my current products at home without the need to purchase new ones. I had my facial 1st session on October 10th 2020. Today is 02/12/2020. I did not have a single acne on my chin, or over my lip, or on my left cheeck! I only had a tiny acne near my left nostril and that was due to the "lady time of the month". I can't explain how happy I am & how much it improved my self-esteem & my face image in my head! I will be having my 2nd treatment very soon.
