Came in yesterday (12/08/22) without an appointment, Simon managed to fit me in, got my Navel pierced was quite worried it would be very painful or we wouldn't be able to pierce it as I had a tummy tuck and a new belly button was constructed so there's lots of scar tissue but Simon was great and it barely hurt at all, positioning is fab very happy with it! Thanks guys, think I might have the piercing bug again 😅😅

Couldn't recommend a piercing place more. I only went in to get a new ball for my septum bar, but the prices were good so I decided to get a new nose piercing. It was so quick and painless, and has turned out so well! Such friendly and reassuring staff too :)

Had my helix done today, couldn’t fault this place at all. It’s so clean, the staff were very polite. While I was sat in the chair, the guy who was doing my piercing was talking to me and only did the piercing when I was ready. Absolutely amazing, wouldn’t go anywhere else

My 16 year old wanted a septum piercing which I was a bit worried about (she hates needles!), but Simon was great. He made sure she was comfortable and that she was informed of everything that was going to happen before it happened. He also made sure she understood the after care needed. I searched for a reputable piercing place in Bournemouth and Metal Fatigue came up time and time again with glowing reviews. I didn't want a new piecing. I actually had an old ear piercing that had closed up so I emailed initially and Rosie advised me to pop in and someone could take a look and see if they could open up the piercing again or do a new piercing for me. I visited today and was greeted by a nice guy who took me into a very clean and sterile room and within seconds had opened my piercing for me and to top it all off he said there was no charge - WOW! 100% recommend this place and will go back for any future piercings. My Granddaughter had a tummy piercing, which unfortunately had not taken into account her metal allergies. Although Metal Fatigue had not done the piercing - they were happy to remove the piercing, using sterile techniques. Plus they gave advice about how to keep the wound clear. Amazing care and advice, would definitely recommend, Simon was lovely with my Granddaughter. Also Simon did not charge to remove the belly button piercing.

Was pierced by AJ 3 weeks ago. I had both my rook and nose pierced. He was super quick and efficient. They provided great aftercare with a leaflet and rock salt. I also popped in the following week as I couldn't insert 1.6mm plug into my ears, AJ once again saw me immediately and inserting them for me and advised me on further sizes. At all times felt safe and secure, the piercing room was incredibly hygienic as well. All my piercings are healing well and will return for any future ones!

These guys, especially AJ, are gradually helping me through my mid-life crisis. Decided at 50 that I needed more ear piercings. Now have tragus, inner conch, front helix and a couple in my lower lobes, all done since May. Great advice, very thorough and each piercing has been quick with no fuss. AJ also replaced he initial piercings for me with studs of my choice. Would fully recommend these guys and while work allows, there may be room for just a couple more 😊.

Very professional, very friendly and quick! They pierced with a needle rather than a gun, as it's less trauma to the area. The aftercare information was brilliant and even after just a week my daughters ears healed beautifully with no redness or soreness, or any lumps behind the piercing as some people get from other places. We were very regimental with the sea salt cleaning process recommend and given to us by Metal Fatigue and I'm sure this helped the healing process. 10/10 from me! I highly recommend Metal Fatigue.

I've been a customer of Metal Fatigue for approximately 15yrs. Their professionalism is second to none. I recall being particularly impressed that they would not pierce my 14yr old Stepdaughter's tragus when she asked (with the permission of her Father), because as a young lady she was not yet fully developed and their offering of a tactful caution to her with regards to that kind of piercing was well received by her and her Father. I’m a bit of an anxious piercing customer but Sarge finished my piercing so quickly I didn’t have time to even think about it. Our 15 year old daughter underwent a pair of (second) ear piercings at Metal Fatigue this evening. She was a little nervous, but AJ was superb throughout and put her at ease. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Our daughter felt a little faint at first after the piercing but AJ dealt with it expertly. We were very impressed with the whole clinic setting despite working in healthcare ourselves. Exceptional cleanliness and sterility to hospital standards and even relaxing live guitar music in the waiting area. Very happy and would recommend to anyone who is considering any form of piercing. Would have to go a long way to find a better piercing service - we travelled 300 miles as visiting family locally!

Honestly it’s the best place to get piercing. They’re so efficient and professional with the piercings. I’ve been to get a cartilage done again after my original (pierced elsewhere) was horribly infected and closed up. They sorted out my piercing and aftercare and it’s healed so well. Pierced my nose here a few months back and then I got the stud changed to a ring a few days ago. No problems at all- 11/10 would recommend. If you’re going to get a piercing then please do yourself a favour and come here.

I had my tongue pierced here a while ago and my friend has had both nipples done and the service has been exceptional every time. Really friendly guys who would do anything to help. Since then I've been back to have piercings changed at no extra cost and today my nose piercing had healed up and the guy was more than happy to repierce it and put in a new ring for me. I have had in excess of 15 piercings here in various parts by both Sarge and AJ. Since I discovered this shop I have not visited another piercer and have highly recommended to MANY people. I trust them completely, not only with myself but with my children also. As is usual, I have occasionally had problems with my piercings later down the line (this has not been the fault of the piercing itself, rather what has happened to it under my care). Metal fatigue have immediately helped me out, either via telephone or through visiting them. I feel more than comfortable approaching them with this. Not only is the place insanely clean and professional, the guys are frickin awesome people. I have heard some negativity in my time there from customers, but ONLY due to the request for inappropriate piercings (be that under age or wanting to be pierced with improper jewellery) Bottom line, if you want a proper job, come here. If you go elsewhere, you'll probably end up here anyway for these guys to fix it!!

I wouldn't trust getting pierced anywhere else in Bournemouth. The guys there are extremely knowledgeable in their craft, but more importantly than that, they are passionate. The establishment is without doubt the best piercing clinic Bournemouth has to offer. The head piercer Sarge has years of experience and is the most professional person in this field. There's a wonderful sense of after care with these guys too and they have no problems with you popping back in for advice. Of all the piercings I have, I have not had one issue with any of them and that is due to the experience, professionalism and cleanliness of this place. If you are contemplating it, sure of it or even intrigued by body modification, I implore you to head down and check them out.

I cannot recommend AJ and Metal Fatigue highly enough. My daughter has a number of health issues and so for us her simple request to pierce her ears came with additional risk and worry. We did a lot of research and Metal Fatigue came recommended to us. AJ was so kind and helpful on the telephone when I called to discuss it with him. Although our daughter waited a little longer than she had initially hoped, ethically and clinically it was absolutely the right call from AJ. He clearly has a wealth of experience with piercing and with children, which I suppose is unusual but was absolutely perfect for us. AJ put both my daughter and I at ease immediately. The piercing room had an excellent standard of hygiene and he explained everything in perfect detail and at a level I understood. His technique was extremely accurate and much quicker than I had imagined it would be, causing very minimal discomfort. The aftercare has been exceptional. From advice and guidance to follow up visits for jewellery changes, AJ has been welcoming and helpful and freely given all the time we needed no matter how busy we could see he was. I suppose the busy waiting room speaks for itself highlighting the number of happy customers they have! I would wholeheartedly recommend AJ and Metal Fatigue to anyone looking for a piercing. Came in for a vertical tragus piercing and classic nostril. First impressions was the place was clean and well decorated. This is a nice place! Was warned of the issues that came with vertical tragus piercings and the best way to care for both. Felt fully informed and confident. Was told to return in a couple of months or so and he'll help change my nose jewelry and also take a look at the vertical tragus - can't ask for better after care than that Genuinely lovely guy doing great work.

I was advised by paradox that if I purchased some jewellery then I was able to go to metal fatigue to get it replaced free of charge. I went in to see AJ who was so perfesonal and faultless. I also wanted to get a 2nd nipple piercing but was a little unsure because of a bad experience I had at another piercing studio. But after speaking to AJ he assued me that this one will not hurt as he has many many years of experience so I decided to go ahead with it and I can 100% this was pain free and so so happy with everything. Very very highly recommend Metal Fatigue, the studio is impeccably clean and instantly alleviates any fears of "is this the right place" as soon as you walk in. Very professional service and the piercers obviously know their stuff. I had my Daith pierced purely for migraine relief (I'm too much of a wimp to have it for cosmetic reasons)!, I've had unbelievable results since having my first one done, the reduction in frequency and intensity of my migraines is astounding, I've had such good results that I endured getting my 2nd Daith done a couple of weeks ago, (which really doesn't hurt as bad as you think it will). If anyone is a migraine sufferer and is considering Daith piercing(s) - I would 100% say go for it, and 110% recommend Metal Fatigue - Thank you so much Metal Fatigue - I am almost completely migraine free now!! :)
