Myself and my girlfriend got piercings here and were met with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They made us feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish. The vibe in the shop was amazing as well as all the crystals and jewelry they also have to offer. We could not be more happy with the piercings we got and the aftercare advice was perfect as well. Could not recommend them more highly!

The vibe of this shop is amazing, piercings, tattoos and crystals it was perfect!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. I got two piercings which were both done perfectly and given great aftercare instructions and advice. Even though the shop is an hour drive I will be going here for all my piercings now. Could not recommend enough!

I had a very lovely and professional service when having my piercings done. Not sure what the negative reviews are about as everything sanitised and clean, gloves were worn and placement of piercings was marked out with a few options which was lovely, and everything was double checked with me. The piercings themselves were performed very quickly I hardly felt anything, I was asked to check if I’m happy with the service and I was explained about aftercare and given a few tips which was such a lovely thing to do - Just overall a lovely studio couldn’t fault it at all, very friendly staff I recommend it so so much it’s such a chill atmosphere too makes you feel so welcome. I have since gone back to get more piercings !!!! Very happy with the results

The piercers are so welcoming and nice, they make you feel super comfortable before doing anything and they don’t put any pressure on you if you feel nervous to do something unlike other piercing places i’ve been to. I would highly recommend coming here, best piercing experience i’ve had :)

Had a double lobe piercing done here recently, I was very nervous due to a traumatic experience getting my ears pierced with a piercing gun as a child but I instantly felt at ease as soon was I walked in the door. The staff were bubbly and inviting, really friendly and nice. Really good vibes! The girl who pierced me was really professional and nice and gave me a good lowdown of proper aftercare and everything was very sanitary. The piercing bug has now got me bad and I will definitely be back for any future piercings in the near future 🥰

Truly the most professional and kind piercer. Had my septum and helix pierced here a few months ago and the woman was very complimentary and sweet about my jewellery, stayed communicative and informative throughout the whole process and asked my consent to do every step. Obviously as a paying customer I was completely fine with everything she was doing but being walked through and asked before she did anything if I was okay with it/in a good mental state/how I was feeling made me feel safe and calm. Septum healed beautifully however after accidental trauma I caused to my helix it became very inflamed and swollen and began to reject. Booked an appointment to have it professionally removed as to not cause any more swelling from doing it myself and they were so kind and cooperative about it and removed it for me free of charge. Couldn’t recommend them more if you are an anxious person/new to getting piercings, they’re great!

Had the best experience getting both sides of my nose peirced here the other day. The woman who peirced me so was lovely. She took the time to make sure the peircings were perfectly symmetrical and went through the after care in depth. I'm usually not very good with needles but here I felt relaxed the entire time. Will definitely come back for more in the future.

Cute little place in Westbourne with good jewelry collection for different piercings. Had 2 piercings done here and happy with the end results but the professional did fiddle a little bit which is ok but due to the jewelry falling on the floor I received a different jewelry than first picked out and now I have to wait until healed before I go back and change again. Which is slightly annoying. Otherwise all clean and polite staff.

My two daughters (10 and 14) had their ears pierced earlier today. I was so impressed with how professional and helpful they were when I phoned up to ask questions and make the appointment. When we arrived they check you in and run through some questions. The lady who did their ears was so lovely, calm and professional. My younger daughter shed a few tears after the first ear, but there was no rush to get the second one done (but she did want the other one done!.) My girls are so happy with their new pierced ears, I would thoroughly recommend these guys. Thank you.

Amazing! I am a piercing novice, and wanted 2 piercings. They helped book me in, with a very short wait time. All the staff were lovely, and the lady who did my piercings was just fantastic. I was a bit nervous and she made me feel so at ease. Wont go anywhere else now 😊

Amazing experience! I went yesterday to get my ears pierced, the lady (with blue/green hair) was sooooo lovely and she was really funny and easy to talk to. I felt really comfortable and at ease. Also, when I rung up to book an appointment, the man (over the phone) was really polite and really nice. They also changed my nose piercings over for me, which was really helpful. I went with my niece today and we both had daith piercings, I would never go anywhere else from now on if I want anything else pierced! Piercers are absolutely amazing here. After various problems with one of my first piercings at Metal Fatigue (Bournemouth) I have had absolutely no problems here. Both piercers make you feel so at ease, especially if its your first time getting pierced. Would highly recommend!

Really nice and friendly place with very welcoming people set on the edge of town road. Very easy access to the front reception and to clean large rear studio. The Tattooists are skilled artists and really help to ensure that what you have inked is what you really want. I attended with a young 50 something lady who had a real desire for a specific style of remembrance tattoo.. She was given ample time and alterations on the design until all was perfect for her. No longer the noisy vibrating machines but state of the art equipment and all aspects of hygiene taken care off..Now she has a beautiful remembrance design whenever she wishes to look at it. Can't be faulted.

I've now got five piercings from here (2x seconds, rook, conch and forward helix) and every time my experience has been amazing. They always pierce with titanium and of course never use a piercing gun. You are completely involved in the process of choosing the exact placement of your piercings, and you can go back if you have any problems with healing or want to change to a different piece of jewellery afterwards. They have a lot of jewellery to choose from! The value for money for both piercings and jewellery is the best I know of in the Bournemouth area, and the piercer I've had every time so far is absolutely lovely - I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have been since to sit in with friends, really reasonable prices and a huge variety of styles that are all incredible quality. The piercer tells you to keep the piercing clean with salt water or non alcoholic mouth wash in my case as it was an oral piercing. My daughter had s piercing get infectious and my lip was going that way, pharmacist said use alcohol wipes of surgical spirit or tcp so they need to advise better.
