I can’t recommend these guys enough! I went in yesterday for a double nipple piercing. The whole thing was over more quickly and painlessly than I could have ever imagined. Julia who did the piercings for me really made me feel at ease and although I was a bit nervous she made the whole process fun! She let me approve the placing before she went ahead and gave excellent after care instructions. The shop and treatment rooms are clean and bright and the place has a really friendly vibe. I’ll definitely go back there for any future piercings. ⭐️

I've been to Punktured twice for cartilage and ear piercings. I turned up without an appointment and they were happy to accommodate me. They've been so professional, chatty and lovely both times I've been there. Everything was clean and hygienic. Definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll be back again!

From first contact (Instagram) through phoning to make an appointment to walking out of the studio after Shamina had worked her magic, it was a pleasure dealing with them. I'm probably not the most obvious candidate for a belly button piercing, but that didn't stop them being helpful, friendly and very professional. Absolutely the best place in Brighton for piercings. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I was terrified to have both of my nipples pierced but from the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and cared for by the staff. Shanima was so lovely, very professional and patient. I’m overjoyed, I can’t put into words how happy I am with my new piercings. They are perfect!!! PERFECT! More than I ever expected! Awesome experience! I wanted this for years and I know so many people who want to have it done too, DO IT! Go to Punktured, you will not regret it. I went to Punktured for lobe and cartilage piercings recently and I really can't recommend it enough. I was very well looked after by the receptionist who was knowledgable and took a lot of care in answering any and all questions that we had about the jewellery and service. My piercer Juela couldn't have more lovely. She was fantastic and took time to listen to any placement adjustments I was thinking about, whilst also reassuring me about any queries I had. Great experience overall.

I received my first earring with the help of Juela and would like to commend her for her extremely friendly and professional customer service. Thank you! COVID procedures were closely followed and hygiene standards were upheld at all times. The studio was kept very clean and PPE was correctly used. Having been pierced here a number of times, I cannot recommend Punktured enough! From the moment you walk into the shop being served by knowledgeable and personable front of house and piercing staff puts you at ease. They clearly love what they do here and this is reflected in staff being happy answering any queries that you may have in a really accessible but detailed way. It is also reflected in how superb the aftercare is. Even when the shop has been closed due to lockdown, the staff at Punktured have gone above and beyond to help me out as my piercings have healed: answering emails and messages really speedily and even offering to send free replacement barbell balls to me when I lost one from a piercing. This having been said, any problems that I have had with my piercings have been minor and caused by my actions after being pierced- how I sleep, clothes resting on the piercings etc rather than resulting from how I was pierced at Punktured which has always fantastically. Unlike other places where its necessary/ you feel pressured to pay much more than the price of the piercing for jewellery, at Punktured the price of the piercing includes good quality (titanium) jewellery that most folk will be happy wearing until their piercing is fully healed.

My friend and I went to get piercings last Saturday and we both agreed that it was the best place we had ever got piercings done. The lady working the reception was really friendly and the studio's attention to detail / hygiene was second to none. Elliott was our piercer and he was the most friendly and informative piercer. He made us feel super relaxed and comfortable and I now would not go anywhere else... that said I am running out of ear space. I would definitely reccomend and their prices are very reasonable! I visited just over a month ago and had my nape pierced by the lovely Sham, the reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as I wanted the piercing vertical rather than the traditional horizontal. Sham was amazing and I love my new piercing ❤️ I returned after a couple of weeks to get some more saline spray and to get some new jewels for some existing piercing replaced and met Eli who was professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I had my tounge pierced in Bristol and I was a bit nervous to change the bar myself as I'd never done it but Beth showed me lots of different options and showed me how to change the bar myself so I wouldn't be nervous to do it in the future. My partner and I had our first piercings at Punktured 2 weeks ago. We were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. The receptionist was extremely helpful and when it came to the actual piercing itself the piercer named Eli was more than we could ever hope for. He was polite, friendly, and certainly knew his stuff and put us both at ease right from the very beginning. All through the piercing process he spoke to us and made us feel totally at ease and explained the whole process from start to finish which took our minds off the issue at hand. He did not rush anything and he made it feel he had all the time in the world to see that we were comfortable which also took away our nerves. I can not recommend this place or Eli for that matter any more highly. We were both very impressed. For the record i had both my nipples pierced and my partner had his scrotum pierced. We were and still are very satisfied with the service and have no complications from the piercings due to the fact that this place is very clean, a fact which you could tell at the time. Great experience, front staff were lovely and Eli was very friendly and professional ensuring I was okay and comfortable at all times. I had paid for a new nose piercing, but within seconds Eli realised the hole in my nose (from previously having my nose pierced in the same place) was still open and just needed to be stretched so gave me the money back. after an absolutely horrific piercing experience with Laura, who has to be the most rudest, standoffish person I have ever met, I paid for her to pierce my ears, not for her disgusting attitude. anyways... the store contacted me in regards to a previous comment made about the awful Laura and the terrible session. The next day I spoke with Emily/Julie who were absolutely lovely, sweet and genuinely kind hearted, I was offered an amazing offer & was pierced again by Elliot who was fabulous. I’ve got many piercings so I kind of know what to expect, and he was incredible; absolutely lovely store, very clean and professional. thank you to Emily, Julie, Lori and Elliot. lovely people, would highly recommend them. they completely rectified the issue and went above and beyond! ..just a shame that there’s that one bad egg (Laura).

Got my first body piercing here so was a little nervous. Beth who was my piercer was totally cool about letting my friend come in with me, she was professional and so friendly. She was chatty which made me feel so at ease. I ended up feeling silly for being nervous in the first place and it was once of the quickest and easiest things ever. I ended up having to return to change my bar to a longer one and upon getting that changed the staff were again extremely helpful and professional and didn't charge me for the second piece of jewellery. Eli is so friendly and i had my cartialidge and tragus pierce and neither hurt more than a pinch. prices are so low considering the quality of the service but there should be more seating space. however i do understand it is a small shop. My mum and I both went in today (Saturday) to get our noses pierced. I think our piercer was Laura (she had lots of amazing tattoos) We found her to be polite , extremely knowledgeable and quick and efficient, which is what we personally wanted. She answered all of our stupid questions and was very patient when I couldn’t decide where I wanted the stud. She explained everything that was going to happen and even gave me a lolly and a glass of water afterwards when I felt a bit light headed. We did all our research before picking Punktured including looking at recommendations. The occasional negative one shouldn’t put you off as they read to us like disgruntled teenagers who didn’t get pandered to and are trying to get something for free by complaining. If you want a piercing that’s done quickly and relatively pain free then I would recommend Punktured.

They're also very thorough with their hygiene, so the chance of getting an infection is extremely low and they make sure you feel welcome to come back if you have any problems at all and they'll happily look at any piercing to check if it's okay. To a certain comment on here where they complained that the piercer didn’t give them any information on aftercare. If you had been listening to the receptionist darling they would have read all of that out to you before you went in the studio. Also how can the piercer have been patronising when being asked to move dots? They are the professionals and I’m pretty sure they would have done the pen dot in what they thought would have been the best place. They are doing it all day every day! If you were an expert you would be doing it as a job. I have been pierced by everyone in Punktured and they are all friendly, lovely people who clearly love their jobs. I don’t like the way that people are using google reviews to personally attack businesses and members of staff where they have no means of replying. If you have an issue why not contact the business direct or at least go on their Facebook page so they have a right to reply.

I had previously been pierced by Tom at Punktured a few years ago so when thinking of an Ampallang in January it made sense to return. I made an appointment to discuss the placement options since I already had an Apadravya and this was my first introduction to Eli. He was very friendly, knowledgable & helpful so I decided to go ahead and returned the following day for the piercing. Eli is meticulous about preparation and hygiene, when I touched myself during the marking up he cleaned the area again. Before the actual piercing Eli ran through the process and the aftercare requirements and again through the aftercare afterwards. I returned a couple of weeks later for a jewellery size change and a stretch 3 months later. And in May I returned for a Daith piercing. All of these with Eli. I would certainly recommend Punktured and Eli is my piercer of choice. The front of house staff are also great. I live quite a way from Brighton and when in need of a new barbell I called and it was dispatched for next day delivery with no problem.

I had a daith piercing nearly 4 weeks ago, as I suffer from 'Chronic Migranous Syndrome' (daily migraines). I'd heard that daith piercing could help so felt I had nothing to lose by trying it.
