K.My friend and I wanted some spontaneous tats and these guys were super lovely and let us walk in on a Sunday afternoon. It was fairly busy and I remember them saying they would stay past 5pm (closing) to make sure everyone gets their tattoos! They were super friendly and we both love what we got done. Would definitely recommend.
A. L.Got this piece done earlier and I'm so pleased with it! I even said I had to catch a train and they kindly fitted me in before my departure and got it done in 40 mins. Guys are very friendly and overall was a lovely experience. I'll definitely be going back for another!

S.While on a Hen Do in Brighton my friend and I decided to find a walk in tattoo shop, after about 4/5 rejections we came to Skinned Alive and I cannot express how welcoming and accommodating the service is. We were tight on time before a cocktail making session but nonetheless received A* service and absolutely perfect tattoos. As someone who has attended many tattoo appointments I can say with confidence that this was the most enjoyable one so far.
Stayed past their closing time, were knowledgeable and helpful, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you so much and I can NOT recommend enough !!!

Artist created a perfect design that was right for me, completed the tattoo gently and to an excellent standard.

I was fortunate to get a walk in. I came in with a concept and 20 mins later Andy had evolved and made it suitable for me.
The service was top quality and both boys like a good yarn which made the process all the more comfortable and enjoyable.
Honestly, I can not speak highly enough of Andy and Dave. If you’re in Brighton this is where you go to get a tattoo. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back!
G. T.Not from the Brighton area but had been down for a show. Went in on the off chance they had availability. Andy and Dave were really helpful as we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Very professional, helpful and easy to talk to. They also gave her recommendations to see some cool shops and lunch ideas.

E. T.Lovely guys, happened to be walking past and asked if they did Walk ins. The lovely guys more than happily obliged and quickly got to work discussing designs with us- there were two keen girls desperately wanting to add to their tattoo collection. Fit us in there and then for what ended up being 3 tattoos one custom designed.
Really chatty, down to earth people, nice environment, great artists, good people, fantastic vibes and terrible “dad” jokes and banter to boot.

E. C.Decided to come here for my first tattoo and so glad I did. Dave was great - the script I wanted was quite personal and he took the time to play about and make sure the design I got worked for me and as close to what I wanted as we could. Then Andy was fantastic, the whole experience was super chill and relaxed and exactly what I was hoping for. Wasn't made to feel bad for asking for a straight line on a wonky leg(!) and made the whole experience so easy. Really happy with the result and will definitely be back if I decide to get another
