Today I had my second booking with Ciara and what an awesome time it was! I had a lash lift and tint, my nails done and a tragus piercing and she did it all in 2 hours and I wish it took longer as she is an absolute pleasure to be around. She is so friendly, warm and knowledgeable and it is very difficult to find people like this in the beauty industry. I have been to many other places for my nails before but I will definitely do all I can to stay with this place. She is so professional but also absolutely lovely and personal and I look forward to my next appointment.

Treatments Bookes: Diamond Microdermabrasion & Eyebrow Wax I was really impressed by the service I received from Ciara. She took the time to examine my skin, and thoroughly explained the problem areas. Instead of proceeding with my booked treatment, Ciara suggested treatments that would be more suitable for my skin (this ended up being cheaper than the treatment I booked). I really appreciated her knowledge and honesty. I ended up having a little exfoliation, light therapy and a face mask, which made my skin look better than it has in years. Ciara was friendly and made me feel at ease through the whole process. I've literally never had a better eyebrow wax than the one Ciara provided. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I will be booking in with Ciara going forward and I highly recommend her!

Ive done a few course with Ciara. Can i just say absolutely amazing i highly recommend Ciara for any training full of information goes through all aspects with so much detail. If your unsure of something or cant quite get it right will spend the time showing u doesn't matter if it takes 100 time she wont give up untill u feel confident in what you are doing. Really friendly and a relaxed environment. I really do love doing my training with Ciara i havent once come away unsure of how to carry out the treatment ive trained in, i leave feeling confident and able to do what i have been trained todo... also always there to answer any questions i have after the training i honestly couldnt recommend enough. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to praise Ciara for my piercing. She was very professional. The room was clean and she made sure I was okay, and that everything was prepared carefully. It wasn’t just fill out your health questionnaire and get on the bed, she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without hesitation, gave me adequate aftercare and on top of that was very friendly! Definitely would recommend Ciara. It is obvious that Ciara is very knowledgable, skilled and passionate about her craft. I really appreciated her perfectionistic ethic. She puts her clients’ satisfaction above everything. Really lovely experience. Had a friendly chat with her for the whole treatment and it felt like we’d known each other for years. I really valued her advice on daily beauty and skin regimes that I could do myself even though they were unrelated to the specific treatment I received in that appt. Acute Plus is inside of Acute Barbers so you have to walk inside and the barbers will let Ciara know youre here. Got a gel manicure via Groupon and i have only done my nails once before. Loved every bit of the experience. Closed room, so it's private and you get to have a genuine conversation with Ciara. She's very professional and the colour range was lush. I truly enjoyed my experience there and the price is very nice. Will definately go again and will definately recommend.
