Rae is amazing! She is so sweet and professional, I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else now. The studio is pristine and Rae goes above and beyond with keeping her procedures hygienic. Rae stocks a stunning collection of high quality jewellery and offers custom orders. After having a (painless!) conch piercing from Rae I couldn’t wait to go back and have now had a daith and lobe piercing from her, plus a complete upgrade to all my existing piercings. I cannot recommend her enough and I can’t wait to go back!

I have had 6 piercings with Rae in the space of 18 months and I couldn’t recommend her enough, each time has been a dream! Her knowledge & experience immediately puts you at ease, she’s so friendly and her passion for her work is evident in everything she curates. Rae has never rushed me when making any decisions and talks you through the process, even when there’s too much jewellery to choose from. The cleanliness/hygiene is next to none, she is super thorough and sanitises everything. Professional doesn’t even cut it, I’d never go anywhere else ☺️

Recently had a faux snug piercing by Rae - absolutely incredible service! I booked a consultation beforehand because I wasn't entirely sure what piercing I wanted. Rae gave me suggestions, showed me tons of jewellery options and went through the whole process with me! On the day she made me feel super comfortable, again went through each step and had even more jewellery (that had just arrived) for me to pick from! 💫 the hygiene in the studio is to the highest standard as well! In all brilliant experience and can't wait for more piercings with Rae!

I absolutely adore Rae. I couldn’t believe how much of a sub standard service I had received until I visited her. I moved to Penarth to be with my boyfriend and as such needed to find a local piercer when I wanted to expand on my ear piercings and Rae popped up after following Two Rivers from when I had a tattoo there and I am beyond glad. Since then I’ve had two stacked lobe piercings I didn’t even think were possible but Rae curated those beautifully. A conch piercing as well as two helix piercings and I couldn’t be happier. The care is beyond anything I’ve ever received and I’ve never felt more confident getting pierced. Rae has changed the piercing game for me and she is an absolute diamond. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Even if you want a piercing and you’re not sure what, Rae will look at what you have and your anatomy and will suggest an option for you. I can’t recommend her enough!

Rae is an absolute gem; a complete professional and so welcoming and kind! She makes you feel so comfortable and safe in her hands as she sterilises everything whilst talking you through the process. She was professional and informative whilst also being a great laugh. I've got multiple piercings from various places previously, but I've never felt so informed about the process, from the piercing process to the aftercare - even down to the breathing techniques to help you through the piercing itself. I just got back from getting a piercing with Rae and it is by far the best piercing experience I have had. As I said to her, I can get tattooed all day but there's something about a piercing that makes me so nervous! Her personality is so bright and such a breath of fresh air that nothing was awkward or uncomfortable. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed into buying certain jewelry or judged by any past practises I had with previous piercings. It's safe to say that I am really looking forward to going back for my check up appointment and even more excited to work with her on my ears. Incredible as always. I've known Rae for 4 years now and she is always my first choice for piercing and jewellery curation advice. She is incredible, amazing at putting you at ease if you're stressed with anything at all and great at explaining the ins and outs of anything with as much detail as you want (if relevant, maybe i just like having too much info hehe). Plus she has the best jewellery range I've seen with a lot of good advice on how to put and match everything together. As well as this - massively helpful with finding anything and everything relevant if there's a particular style or look you're heading for! Sanitary and hygenic to a T - everything is pristine and Rae is more than on top of it, so you know for a fact you can feel safe getting piercing procedures done by her. Nothing but good words. My daughter (who has special needs) had her ears pierced, Rae made her feel so welcome and kept her involved throughout the whole process! Her studio is pristine with everything surgically clean. I've been pierced by Rae several times, and I will only get pierced by her. She uses a perfected aseptic non-touch technique to ensure the most cleanliest environment for your piercing. I've not met another piercer who used this technique or who is as conscious about hygiene as Rae is. She has a wealth of knowledge and creativity when it comes to body piercing & anatomy. I came here yesterday to get a piercing checked out that was done by another piercer. Rae checked out my piercing and confirmed it had been incorrectly pierced with bad quality jewellery. We agreed to take the piercing out. I found Rae very professional, friendly and knew what she was talking about.
