Visited Vivid ink after losing my Mum. My husband had been following them on Facebook. Popped in one day to see if they could design me a tattoo in memory of my Mum. Visited to book in for my tattoo appointment next week! Never been before, yet Jacob on reception was very helpful when showing him want I wanted doing..booked in with Laura and I can't wait! Absolutely love my new tattoo from Vic, not only did she cover up an appalling tattoo from another studio but she created an absolutely stunning piece of art on my forearm/hand. I fully recommend the studio and Vic in particular ! I’ll definitely be back for more. 🥰🤘🏻

Took my three daughters and myself for piercings and was very impressed. Meg was amazing with the girls, put them at ease and talked them through every step. The whole studio was clean and tidy and I would and have recommended to other people. The pricing was great too with the added advantage of some parking outside and plenty a short walk away. Again a great big thank you to Meg for making my little girls first ear piercing such a great experience.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE I had my first tattoo done here and a medusa piercing also (thank you very much to Jhon and the lovely lady who pierced me, apologies i dont think I caught your name . So I’d like to start of by saying how amazing everyone is at Vivid ink Derby especially Mike and Meg, absolutely lovely, professional, down to earth polite people, however the same cannot be said about Lucy (the dark haired receptionist) she’s nothing but bleak, rude and quite frankly in the wrong job, a receptionist entails professionalism, effective communication, sociable and people skills of which she has none. Strongly thinking of not returning due to her lack of these basic skills. Not sure why she even works here as she brings nothing to the workplace and even leaves a bad feeling in the atmosphere once she’s been in, definitely should be replaced!!

I have honestly never felt so relaxed and welcomed. A fantastic group of people. Martin tattooed me and the result was exceptional. Rue and Lucy are fabulous. If you want an amazing tattoo and experience you must try vivid ink. 10/10. I will def be back.

Came here today to get my nose piercing done, not sure what the ladys name was who done mine but she was amazing super quick super easy id definitely reccomend coming here and ill sure be coming back in the future for more piercings

John who did my tattoo was alright.. Lady with blonde hair n glasses who took the appointment was good but the lady with long black hair naa no people skills n over charging me for someone who took 40 mins to draw 3 likkle designs is a joke but the others were fine... Got there for 9.50.. Didn't start tattooing me til 10.40 even there my appointment was at 10.. Good tattooist but to much about the cash for me.. Wouldn't recommend based on that.. Probably the worst experience I've had while having a tattoo
