Spoke to Jack the piercer at Black Letter on Wednesday September 21st regard removing a piercing as I had an urgent MRI the following morning, the guy was great, although it wasn't what he usually did he helped me out of a really awkward situation & to top it off put it back in for me following day after my scan. Absolutely outstanding guys. Had to rearrange my booking a couple of times for personal issues and the team were very understanding. Gaz did my tattoo and it's not my first from him nor will it be the last! If you want a friendly professional tattoo from people that know what there doing you need to book in with these guys.....be back soon for my next one!

For my first ever tattoo I went exploring around all the shops in gloucester, this one is by far the best one for me. As soon as you walk into the shop you're greeted with a very warm welcome and you feel right at home. I've been here for all my tattoos now and I wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. All the art work I've had done I'm in love with and I like the fact all the artist in the shop all have unique and abstract designs. I would highly recommend for all you tattoo lovers!!! They also get special guest in now and then.

came in for piercing advice as i got a piercing somewhere else that swelled up, couldn’t of asked for better service replaced a piercing bar for a longer one free of charge and told me what to use on it and also gave advice for another piercing i have

My wife and I had our first tattoo done here. The guys at Black Letter couldn't have looked after us any better. They put us both at ease, told us what to expect, helped us through the whole process. The artist that did the wife's tattoo was Lewis Turner and Dean Eberhardt did mine. They were absolutely fantastic. We were both really happy with the result. All I can say is that if I decide to have another tattoo done then this is the only place I'd consider having it done. And Dean would be my artist of choice.

Got a piercing done here, James is a cool guy who got it over with in an instant, also gave me some help with my nose piercing which was still healing. My first one without numbing cream and obviously it hurt but really not as much as I was expecting. Thanks :)

I am having lazer tattoo removal with Anna and i cannot recommend her highly enough! Really lovely, puts you at ease and makes you feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgable and answers any questions you may have. Really nice atmosphere in the clinic. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Went for the consulation today, which i must say was most professional, the consultant Anna is very knowledgeable and explained the procedure very thoroughly, did patch tests to determine strength of laser and felt completely at ease with her. I had tattoo removal treatment previously at a clinic in Bristol and there was no comparison in the professionalism between the two. Nice atmosphere , nicely decorated and new equipment.

A lovely welcome with a calm & professional service. Although a painful procedure (tattoo removal) I was made to feel very comfortable and in fact the experience wasn't as bad as I'd imagined thanks to Anna who was lovely.

I've had 3 or 4 treatments so far and I am extremely happy with the results! I can see the tattoos are fading well and the staff are brilliant. My main fear about getting my tattoos lasered was obviously the pain. I can honestly say that it isn't anywhere near as bad as I anticipated!
