I took my 8-year old to get her ears pierced last week and we were both very happy with the whole experience. There was an initial consultation with her (which I requested to have via zoom at the last minute and was cheerfully accommodated) to ensure that she understood the process and was aware of how it would go, as well as to see that she was fully comfortable to go ahead with it. And when we came in to the shop to get them done, she was made to feel completely at ease and to do it in her own time. If my other child ever wishes to get her ears pierced, I would certainly come here again.

Fantastic first time experience at Ronin Body Arts! I had 2 Helix piercings either side of a previous awkward piercing I'd been having trouble with. Dom is so chilled, knowledgeable and helpful and I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. He helped fix the issue with my current tricky piercing before moving onto the 2 new ones, all the time explaining what he was doing and checking everything was OK. I cannot recommend Ronin Body Arts enough and will certainly be back for the next piercings, Thank you so much Dom! 😊

After having a few piercings never really felt the attraction to go back to the same piercer. That was until I met Dom! From the minute you walk through the door he makes you feel incredibly welcome. He walks you through every single step of the process making sure you feel comfortable before moving on. He will only pierce you when YOU are ready. He is an incredibly professional piercer, who looks after his clients, you know everything is 100% up to scratch, from cleanliness to advice and finding the right jewellery and placement for you. Ronin body arts have a wide range of jewellery from your run of the mill basic labrets and rings all the way up to high end gold and stone pieces. Never do you feel pressured to spend more than you want which is really nice. If you are looking to add to your piercings or simply get your first, I could not recommend anyone more than Dom at Ronin Body Arts. Simply amazing!

I booked to have my septum pierced here, I’d had it done previously elsewhere but it was done incorrectly so I was quite nervous this time round! But as soon as I walked in I was put at ease. Couldn't fault Dom. He was an absolute lamb, he took the time to answer all my questions, and I never at any point felt pressured or rushed. He was also very honest with me when answering questions. When it came to doing the piercing, he talked me through everything and made sure that if at any point I changed my mind or needed to stop, it was perfectly ok. Dom is very calming too. After the piercing he talked me through keeping the piercing clean and what I'd expect healing wise. He also went through different types of jewellery and what to look out for. Can't recommend Ronin Body Arts enough, due to the appointment only system you really do get 1-2-1 care with no background interruptions that can distract you from the information you're being told. You are talked through jewellery options with clear pricing details. The studio is very clean & well presented. I've been to a few piercers in Ipswich, none before have presented me with such a lovely manual detailing everything you need to know about your jewellery & aftercare, even includes diagrams on how to separate jewellery & what happens to the piercing if slept on. Truly amazing studio & piercer that I will be returning to again as have a few piercings in mind that I know will be performed to the highest standard

On piercing Day it was a lovely experience, no upsell pressures, just helpful discussion on what jewellery and where etc.. the piercing room itself is immaculate and clean, no worries about sterile equipment etc.. as you can see all what is going to be use is single use laid out in front of you. Actual piercing is always a personal experience, but i felt relaxed and confident in Dominik’s skills. Really impressive aftercare booklet, the level of information is perfect for all in keeping their piercings happy after they leave, and the attention to provision of detail of what type of piercing with jewellery sizes and details is great. I brought my daughter in for a consultation on the 24/8/21 to see if she definately wanted to have her ears pierced. Dominik made her feel at ease right from the start and she asked lots of questions and had a good look around. After this we booked the second appointment as soon as we returned home. I've wanted a nipple piercing for a long time, but I wasn't quite sure of who I could trust to do one in Ipswich. I was recommended RBA by a friend who spoke highly of the professionalism of the practice, and specifically of how safe they were made to feel during the piercing and this is exactly what I experienced: Upon entering the store I was warmly greeted by Dominik who really put me at ease; although this wasn't my first piercing I was a little nervous and Dominik picked up on this. This is when I knew I was dealing with a professional who really brings passion to their art form: he met me where I was, reassured me, and listened to my concerns. This put my mind at ease. Also, this made the whole piecing feel less like a cold transaction, and more like an experience that I had a say in curating. I felt cared for. Dominik was thorough, explained everything, and guided me through the process; the aftercare booklet, and saline spray included in the price is a lovely touch. I left feeling well equipped to look after my new piercing and I'm looking forward to the free aftercare appointment in a few weeks time.

I had an excellent experience with Ronin Body Arts. Dominik was very friendly and helpful in talking with me about my piercing plans and the jewellery options he stocks in a variety of price points, alongside what I could potentially choose to order in. We chose to order in a particular piece from Junipurr and I was given the option to pay in installments, knowing that they were a more expensive premium piercing jewellery brand out of the several stocked at Ronin. Once I'd paid for the piece in full I came back to the shop for my piercing appointment. I was given the appropriate forms to sign, the jewellery pieces were sterilised in the autoclave, and once ready was talked through the piercing process and what to expect in a very calm and soothing manner. The piercing itself went well and my new gold moon looks utterly mesmerising. We had discussed the total cost weeks prior to the final appointment and having paid off the last of the installments, only had to pay the final £10 for the titanium flatback on the day of the piercing. I was also given a free aftercare spray and detailed aftercare guide. The studio itself is wonderfully clean and covid guidelines were adhered to. We've already discussed my next piercing and very much look forward to having that placed in the new year. I'd strongly recommend Ronin Body Arts to anyone in the area looking for a highly reputable piercer at last.

Dominik, who pierced me nose, excelled in every possible way to make my experience as enjoyable, relaxing, and non-evasive as possible. From the onset, he was extremely attentive to all of my questions and exceptionally knowlegable in his feild. As we discusssed the jewlery he shared information with me about who made the jewlery, their respective qualities, and other interesting details such as sustainbility. Before he began, Dom took the time to make sure all his equipment was sanitized and professioanlly cleaned and ready for the peircing. Dom made sure I was comfortable before starting, as it was obvious that I was very anxious. He calmed me down by talking me through each step and going at my own pace. The overall experience was top-notch. I can't reccomend this place enough. I have already told plenty of my freinds about what a great appointment it was. Dom was friendly and accomodating at all times. At the end, he gave me a fancy booklet with all the after-care information tucked away inside. The booklet was quite detailed and even included a little about me or them section towards the end. It's cleart that this guy means business, and I have no doubt the work they are doing there will not only be successful, but that it will grow ten-fold simply based on the fact that the customer service is just THAT good. Thanks again Dom, and looking forward to my follow-up appointment in a week. The nose peircing healed wonderfully!

Dominik at ronin body arts will give you a peircing experience like no other. Never have i seen such care taken to make sure that i as the client was as comfortable as possible. He talked me through my fears and nervousness and allowed me to have a moment to get my nerves calmed down. Afterwards i was talked through aftercare and given a 12 page brochure with information about my personal peircing filled out at the end. HIGHLY RECCOMEND for ANYBODY looking for a new piercing. And even more so if your nervous.
