Very clean and professional set up. Lou worked with me before my appointment to get my bespoke design just right, and even went out of his way to meet me the following day, (which was a Sunday) to make a small amendment to the design at my request. Excellent customer service - highly recommended.

I went in for a piecing last may. At first I thought everything was ok, lovely staff etc, but a year on and it wasn’t healing so I went to another piercing shop to get the bar changed in case that was the issue. This is where he pointed out how the piercing was completely at the wrong angle (it was a floating helix) and so the back was about 0.5cm lower than the front, with the bar diagonal in my ear. Got a second opinion today and they too agreed it was completely pierced wrong and were shocked it hadn’t been mentioned :( gutted as it’s one of my fav piercings but just won’t heal due to the dodgy angle

Jay is an incredible tattooist. I have always gone to him for my tattoos and I have always been happy with things. He is fantastic at drawing and designing, despite my often vague requests and ideas, and my most recent tattoo was my first one drawn by me, so I was ridiculously happy when Jay got it perfect and got the colours exactly how I pictured. He also gives fantastic tattoo care advice!

Hi, so last year I came here to have my first tattoo done. The place was really clean, the staff was very nice to me and very professional. The guy who did my tattoo (I can't remember his name😅) was very nice and I remember he was really down to earth and funny. At first, I really loved my tattoo, but upon a closer look, I realised the lines of it were a little bit dodgy and unequal. Once it completely healed, my tattoo looked like it was done in a rush and I felt a little bit disappointed (since it was my first tattoo). Now I'm looking to cover it up, and I'm sad that I have to do that since I've wanted this particular tattoo for years. I do hope, however, that future customers will not have to do this. All in all, even if the tattoo was not that well drawn, I've had an amazing first experience with a tattoo artist, and it only made me want to get more tattoos. 🙂

Professional people, fitted me in for an ankle tattoo within a small amount of notice, and were nothing but polite and friendly the entire duration I was being inked. Also gave good aftercare instructions and I’ve kept in contact since. Perfect! 🙂
