Lovely experience at Pierced Aesthetics, Hiba was friendly and helpful well in advance of my piercing. The piercer was very informative and professional. Hardly felt any pain either and I’m pleasantly surprised to have no throbbing afterwards! Definitely returning for more and can’t recommend enough!

Came here a few days ago for a number of piercings with my partner (septum, nostril, lobes), I’ve been to my fair share of piercing parlours and this is by far my favourite. A warm welcoming atmosphere from our first words, was informed and kept updated on the entire process and really felt looked after (drinks, chill etc). Could not have asked for a nicer experience! Felt more friendly than any I have ever been to. My partner has a fear of needles and that was addressed with such love and care I couldn’t have asked for more. Had a complication with my nostril piercing (no fault of theirs) and I dropped them a message, helped resolve my problem with such passion and kindness and I couldn’t be doing better! Will definitely be returning for more piercings and will be recommending to all! Amazing prices and very professional staff! Their aftercare package is also one of the best I have ever tried too and I’m really happy with how the healing process is going so far! Thank you so much! 100% coming back!

I've never had such a lovely and welcoming experience with being pierced, even tattooed ever! The studio is serene and beautifully decorated while also maintaining its professionalism and sterile working space. I went in for an industrial piercing and was incredibly overwhelmed by the pain and they took good care of me, talked me down through the whole procedure and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be getting future piercings here! Such a lovely couple with great knowledge and experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Took my daughter & her friend for nose piercings here and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Pre appointment parental agreement was needed from the parent of my daughter’s friend. The girls were quite nervous but they were put at ease by their friendliness and understanding. Each step was explained clearly before they started also saying if they wanted to stop for any reason just to put a hand up. They were so professional and also extremely friendly and supportive through the piercings. The aftercare was explained fully. We don’t live locally but I will definitely go back there for any further piercings. The studio is super clean and equipment is sterile. Excellent customer service. Thank you. They look great :)

Highly recommend! Very easy to get in contact with and great communication. I booked my appointment but then had to cancel/reschedule and they were so understanding and helpful. On the day of my appointment, I arrived and they made sure I had eaten and drank something before I arrived and offered me a drink and something sugary anyway which was very thoughtful and was a nice extra level of care. I was then talked through the procedure and they made sure I was okay (pain tolerance, prone to fainting etc) and I felt a lot more relaxed going into it because of it. My nose was numbed before the piercing and I was able to choose the spot where I wanted the stud to go- when I last had my nose pierced it wasn’t numbed and I didn’t get to choose the placement of the piercing. The aftercare they provide and offer is top notch as well and pretty much as soon as I left the shop, I had a message with all the aftercare information. A great experience from lovely people, can’t recommend enough and will definitely be going back for other piercings. 10/10 - thank you!

Got my nose piercing done there and I’m heading back when my ear pieces arrive. Some of the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet! Professional, reassuring, explained everything in detail and sell some amazing aftercare kits. They make sure yours comfortable every step of the way and for someone who has anxiety is really important, especially in a situation as intimate as this. They were super accommodating with my unpreparedness as it was my first piercing, and they are the sweetest! ✨💛

I got my septum pierced on Thursday 15th July. I would recommend these guys to anyone! So professional and welcoming. They explained every step and were so easy to talk to. I always feel light headed after a piercing but they didn't rush me and offered me chocolate and something to drink. They genuinely care about there customers. I'd totally he back!

This was my second time getting a piercing from them and they were even friendlier than the first time, they made sure I was comfortable, joked around with me and eased all nerves that I had! I highly highly recommend these guys. They are so friendly and welcoming. They make sure you’re ok to be pierced by asking about allergies & medication. The room is spotless. They thoroughly go through aftercare with you and no question is silly they will answer questions day or night. I would trust them to pierce any member of my family and anymore piercings I have done will definitely be done my these guys. They really are the best I’ve ever been to.

The people are so friendly, sweet and nice, my piercing went so smooth and they are probably the best in Hull, they charge a lot less and are a small business but use the best equipment, if you're thinking of getting a piercing please go here!! I recommend it, they help ease you if you are nervous or scared :)

I went here to get my septum pierced on the 16th of july, it was my first time using this shop so I was obviously a little nervous but they where super friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome and comfortable! Highly recommend this place, they really are the nicest people who make you feel so welcome. The studio is super clean they aren't in a rush to get you in and out, they make sure you are 100% happy with placement etc before they do the piercings. Honestly can’t praise these enough. I went with my mum and we got our noses pierced. They were so warm and welcoming, they made sure we’d eaten and drank before we got there and showed amazing professionalism. They were chatting to us and made it such a lovely experience. I’d seriously suggest anyone to go to them for their piercings.
