Visited Anna here for a tattoo today at the studio & I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! A beautiful studio with a friendly, welcoming and reassuring team. Great advice given by Jane during a consultation to add to an existing piece. My first large piece, I was a little nervous but as soon as we arrived made to feel welcome and comfortable. I went to JC Tattoo today for my first tattoo with Jane. I was initially very nervous but Jane put me at ease straight away. I had numbing cream provided by the studio which is fantastic and can be applied while mid tattoo! Jane allowed me to view the design and was constantly checking I was happy with the design. When the tattooing began Jane was very caring and was checking all the time throughout that I was comfy and happy. The end result was amazing and I am so happy. Jane makes sure you have a full understanding on aftercare and is happy to answer any questions! I highly recommend, I would happily go back! Thank you so so much!

Beautiful work posted, can see the whole process and studio on there stories, really making you feel comfort going (especially as I wasn't local) would 100% come here again. Jane looked after very well, and was lovely and polite, she checked on me all the time to ensure I was ok, this was my first tattoo and a larger one taking around 6 hours. Completed my whole thigh piece in the session amd it's absolutely beautiful, couldn't be happier with it. Jane put my idea together and created the piece ensuing I was happy with design and placement. I also got to see myself on the story which my family checked out to to see how it was going, which I thought was great. Jane was so professional and gave me so much confidence in her abilities. My tattoo is incredible and exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was painful as I had a chest piece and the centre line was excruciating but Jane was so intuitive to how long I could take and made the whole thing pleasant even whilst the pain was a lot to bare. On my neck she sensed that I couldn’t keep still and even though I wanted to do the tattoo without numbing as this is part of the spiritual offering for me she was direct in telling me that the work may be so much more of a challenge for her if my muscles keep contracting, this allowed me to make an informed choice to have numbing on the part of the tattoo on my neck, this made all the difference to how comfortable I was and her work is perfect. Absolutely sublime intricacy and precision. I will be back and thank you for such a beautiful and meaningful tattoo.

The JC tattoo team are amazing! I had my first 2 small tattoos done here by Justyna & my bigger arm piece too done by Anna. Anna’s work is extraordinary; she truly takes the time to understand what you want, and will make changes as required. She is also extremely patient which is what you want in a tattoo artist. Even before you come to the studio, the communication with the team via instagram is great. I come along with my boyfriend for his tattoos too so we’re regular customers. I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 just due to the fact I think their service is overpriced compared to other tattooists in the area. I was quoted £260 for a design based on a particular size we had agreed on. However, when I was at the studio the design was made smaller to suit my body shape better but this wasn’t reflected in the price. The actual tattoo only took around 25-30 minutes. However, I was at the studio for 2 hours as the artist had to trace the design on the iPad. I had provided the design before the appointment and from previous experience with other artists they usually have the design drawn up to save time. I was then left waiting for around 20-25 minutes whilst the tattooist had a break, which I don’t mind they need to eat but they could have made my appointment time later so there wasn’t so much waiting around. I like the tattoo but I feel like I was ripped off a bit for how long it actually took. The studio is lovely and clean, the staff are friendly but not very talkative so if you want a more chatty/relaxing experience this might not be the place for you.

For 2 years I’ve had my heart set on a large leg tattoo had it in my head what I wanted just wasn’t 100% on any artist then a few months ago I came across Jc tattoo studio on social media i started watching there story’s constantly checking there page for new updates and I came to fall in love with there work so I messaged the page and spoke to Andrew about different pieces and prices he was so helpful, at this point I was 90% sure this was the studio I would use for my tattoo so I decided to book a consultation so I could meet Jane face to face. On arrival at the studio I was welcomed in by Andrew who asked me to take a seat and offered me a drink while Jane was finishing up with a client, the studio itself is beautiful so bright, light and airy very welcoming everything is set out perfectly it doesn’t give you the feel of a tattoo studio at all more of a beautiful modern salon it’s absolutely spotless clean and smells amazing, when Jane had finished with her client she came out to greet me we had a chat about what I wanted and where I wanted it she drawed a quick sketch up and printed it off to show me size and placement on my body she made every worry I had go away and instantly I knew this was the artist for me I paid my deposit and booked in for a full day session for the following week. I arrived for my session yesterday morning at 10am I was greeted by the beautiful Jane she’s so nice. we sat down for quite some time and went threw lots and lots of ideas, she sketched and tweaked and made changes untill I was 100% happy with the tattoo, she knew it was a big thing for me to make sure it was perfect because I didn’t want to regret it in years to come, we tried various sizes untill we found the perfect one for my leg, next up it was time to prep for my tattoo so she started getting everything ready she kept asking me was I okay did I need anything. She recommended me not to use numbing cream so I decided I didn’t want to so after she was all prepped we started she started off slow and steady and told me at any time it’s unbearable or I need a break for anything just let her know. Honestly at this point I was just so happy and hyped up I was on the bed for several hours and honestly it was a breeze the pain was minimal all the way threw we spoke which I loved because it was very reassuring to me she is a beautiful person inside and out, she asked me all the time was I okay did I need a break something to eat or drink, every so often she would wipe my leg and I would stand up to look in the mirror and see how the progress was going and every time I was happier and happier. By the end of my session I had tears in my eyes and couldn’t thank Jane enough for turning my vision into a reality everything I had in my head is exactly what my piece turned out like and she made sure it was perfect in every way possible for me, I’m already looking forward to my 2nd session with her because the whole process was a breeze from start to finish. Thank you for the sweets and chocolate. I also want to say a big thank you to Andrew he is such a nice man and give me a few laughs with his videos 😂🤣. Thank you to Jc tattoo studio I couldn’t be happier with the service I received or with my tattoo see you soon.

I went for an arm tattoo in January. Communication before the appointment was excellent. Upon arrival and throughout I could see the place was immaculate and the strictest hygiene standards were followed (and I work in infection control). The artist spent lots of time perfecting the design and making sure I was completely happy with it and it’s placement before starting, I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. I absolutely love the finished tattoo. The lines are clean and clear, it’s just what I wanted and it healed quickly and beautifully. I’ve booked another now.

Talks through your ideas, sketches with you to check sizes, always wants to ensure her clients are happy with the design. Great communication from consultation to appointments too. Everyone was very welcoming and warm when I arrived. I was made to feel super comfortable once everything was explained and consent was signed. They discussed placement, and design with me till I was happy. The actual tattooing was great, was made comfortable & relaxed and checked on regularly to see if a break was needed.
