The staff were amazing. I got my ears pierced today and was a bit nervous about it, but the staff were welcoming and warm which made it feel a lot easier.

Recently had my daith pierced (trying to help with headaches and migraines) the piercer was professional and friendly, as was the other shop worker in there - the things they have for sale are gorgeous- and lovely quality, my friend bought a hoodie for her daughter and I understand she's not taken it off yet! They were very accommodating to the wheelchair user in the group (although there's not alot of room to navigate between all the dresses!) And I'm totally loving the aftercare pack they gave me for my piercing, in the cutest little blue banana bag! :) great experience all in all.

I got my bridge, anti eyebrow and snake bites done here and I can confidently say this place is the best I’ve ever been to, the staff are so lovely! All my piercings have healed well. Although the price is higher than other places I’ve been to it’s worth spending a little extra to have it done by these people:) the place is so clean and professional.

Let me start by saying that the shop and staff are great. However, yesterday I took my daughter into town for the sole purpose of exchanging an item. Before setting out I checked the opening times on Google to make sure it was open, it said that it was and off we went, only on arrival to find a sign in the window saying, "Closed today, see you back Monday :-)!". It might be an idea to update the Google information if you're not actually open when you're supposed to be. I can't say as I greatly enjoyed driving into town on a wasted journey.

Took my daughter for her second lobe piercings and helix. Very professional piercer, she was very calming and caring. Everything was sterile and properly done. All 3 piercing were done with a needle and are healing very well.

I got a piercing done today and from the minute I walked into the shop till the very end. The staff were very professional and friendly at the same time. I’ve had 2 piercings done here - my septum and a nipple piercing. The customer service has always been fantastic and I can’t fault them on it, however my nipple piercing never healed right and I had to end up taking it out and it’s left a scar. I had absolutely no problems with my septum piercing, and I have multiple piercings so I know how to clean and care for them so I don’t think the fault was from me not looking after it properly. I’m not sure if I just had an unlucky bad experience or not but it has made me a bit skeptical to return again for another piercing in the future from here.

I went to get my nose re-pierced today and went to the shop for 10am. I was told by the two lovely ladies that the studio wasn’t open until 11am but they could book me in for the first appointment and would send a text to confirm when to come! Brilliant! Bang on 11am I got my text to go where I was met by Reanne. It was a very clean, pleasant experience. And to receive an awesome skull purse filled with aftercare products was marvellous! I’ve never had this for previous piercings at other studios! Would definitely recommend:)

I don't like the policy of pay before your piecing as my daughter and I went to get our nose pieced and my daughter changed her mind became very anxious. You DON'T get a refund at all. Not fair at all as know one knows how they will feel once inside the piecing room. And 30 pounds is a lot of money to loose. Policy needs changing for this reason.

Was recommended this store to get my first piercing. No complaints, the staff were professional and kind. The private room where they pierce you is very clean and hygienic. I got my ears pierced by a lady called Rose I believe, she was lovely and did a great job. It's been 2 weeks and my piercings seem perfectly fine.

His opinion was the staff weren't that interested, okay might not have the size in stock but was a 'can't find them on the website' anwer.... I had my ears pierced here and they done a great job, I was seen fast, and finished within 5 minutes with 2 piercings, they have a good variety of piercings and happy to help with anything related. I had to go back after a few weeks because I managed to loose the ball from the piercing and wasn’t able to fix it back, they were happy to help me.

I had my helix pierced here with a friend. They explained the entire process and put us at ease as we were both a little nervous. After the peircing we were given these small after care kits with tea tree oil, sea salt and a leaflet with further after care information. It has been about a year now and they healed well. The jewelry for helix piercings seem a little expensive but I think they're reasonably priced and suitable for sensitive ears like mine.

I've been terrified to have my ears pierced for years now and when I turned 16 last month I finally decided it was time to get them done. I went in on the 20th of this month with some friends and my welcome was so friendly. Freya served me and pierced my ears and was so helpful throughout the whole time as she knew i was worried. UPDATE- the piercing still hasn’t healed fully... it’s not really changed since my review 8 months ago OLD REVIEW-Had my ear rim pierced over a year ago now and it still hasn’t healed properly. Still a bit crusty and gets sore sometimes. It’s also the first piercing I’ve had that’s left the lump, at the back of my ear so can’t really be seen. But I’ve had a couple problems. Trying to change studs has been awkward as it just bleeds once taken out and awkward to get something back in properly without it bleeding with the angle it’s at, I’m thinking maybe a vein was slightly hit when piercied as I’ve heard that can happen and I’ve never found a drop of blood on my clothes from any other. I highly doubt I’ll bother again... it’s the first piercing from there and hasn’t been the best. I’ll stick to skincity if I ever want anymore as I’ve had no problem with them and they are actually a proper tattoo/piercing shop instead of a clothes shop that just happens to do piercings as well... Europes largest piercers? not sure why in my opinion. The clothes are alright though
