Me and my friend got our noses pierced by the most professional and lovely team. Service is amazing and they have such a wide range of jewellery. We tried for months to get an appointment because they’re usually fully booked (I can see why) but managed to get in on a cancellation! I will be coming here for any future piercings and any time I need more jewellery!

Such a positive experience. Everyone was so lovely, encouraging & friendly. The shop is so cute & clean. Was a bit nervous to get my second lobe piercing after having my first lobe done as a child but it was so quick & barely hurt. Lovely staff, they are aseptic with their procedures, they have a lovely collection of jewellery. Matt at reception is lovely. Just hoping it heals well now. No problems or infections so far. The spray they sell in the store for cleaning piercings is excellent.

Had my first helix piercing here today and had the best experience ever. I had booked in at another piercing salon and I had been cancelled on twice. I walked into Medusa on the off chance that there would be a free appointment available for me and my two friends. The lady was so polite and helpful and asked us to come back in a couple hours! We all instantly felt welcomed and reassured by both members of staff, and the piercing was so professional and pain free. The price was so reasonable and the room itself is beautifully decorated and so clean. The lady talked us through everything and answered any of our questions, and we had a lovely chat at the end too! I would never go anywhere else for a piercing, couldnt recomend it more! Beautiful independent business. Couldn’t recommend this place more. In the pass I have been unable to wear piercings due to issues like infection etc but since trying medusa piercing my ears have been fine they have settled really well with tho issues or pain. Couldn’t recommend anymore I have had my lobes pierced 6/7 times else where and always had problems but since I went here they have been fine. Her location is amazing so hygienic and sterile also love Nicholas cage cushion xxx Further update I am now on my 6th piercing since Halloween 🥰 wouldn’t trust anyone else to make my ears look so beautiful 😍

I have the best piercing experience with Medusa.. Had my first piercing here in 2020 with no issues of keloid or infection...As someone prone to keloid I felt I might develop one but surprisingly I didn't because medusa used the best earrings my ears.. She the best for real,she relates well and makes you feel relaxed Got another set of piercing in September 2021 and in just 4months they are healed All the pictures I added to this review are mine..

Could not have asked for a better experience. I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and to get some extra lobe piercings and a daith piercing for myself. Staff were wonderful with my daughter and made it a joyful experience. There was a lovely choice of jewellery at a range of prices. Everything was clean, professional and friendly. I don't write many reviews but had to share what a wonderful experience me and my daughter had at Medusa Piercing. Beinta and her partner are such friendly people. My daughter was getting her ears pierced for the first time and Beinta was amazing with her, she put her at ease from the moment we arrived and made it so special for her. I also had a second piercing while there and again Beinta was fantastic. I cannot recommend Medusa Piercing enough! I will definitely be going back. Had my tragus pierced on Friday by the lovely Beinta. Her and her partner Matt were so kind and put me at ease. She has a huge selection of jewellery to choose from and had a good look at my ears first to make sure the piercing would look nice. Everything was clean and single use and I saw the chair being sanitised before and after my appointment. The piercing itself was fine, Beinta put me at ease and it was done before I knew it, virtually pain free - just a little pinch. She gave me lots of aftercare advice and made sure I was alright before I left. She really knows her stuff. I said I wasn’t going to get any more piercings but…I might come back for a Daith! By far the best piercer I have been to. I was extremely nervous to come in today but my nerves went away after I found out how friendly they are. Had my tragus pierced here in 2019 and it healed really nicely. I had to go back and have my bar changed to a longer one but it was all done for free. I have a couple friends who had their noses/nipples pierced here and I honestly couldn’t recommend enough! I no longer live in Liverpool but will be travelling back to have any future piercings done!

The piercer is an absolute angel! I had a problem with my piercing (that I got in a different shop) and called in to see if she could help me. Not only did she explain what's going on with my piercing but she also saw me that very same day, repierced my ear and gave me advice on how to take care of the piercing! Binta was the best! Got 5 piercings done in a session ( a bit crazy I know!). She was so organized, right from picking the color of your piercing to taking her time to make sure everything was aligned perfectly. My favourite piercer and parlour ever. Never go anywhere else! Beinta is the best piercer I’ve used and until I met her, I had several places I went. Medusa piercing is a clean, bright and funky little space, with plants and lots of Nic Cage. Gorgeous upgrade jewellery available too, displayed beautifully in glass cabinets. Where to start, well firstly 5 stars isn’t nearly enough. I was away for the weekend and decided I want to add some piercings to my ear and after looking a few other places and not feeling comfortable a tattoo Parlour recommended I go to see Benita at Medusa piercings. After making the trip I was advising if I was happy to come back in 45 mins which was the next free appointment I could be seen. Straight away this filled me with confidence because there was no “just wait around and I’ll see what I can squeeze in”. So during my appointment is told Benita what I was hoping to have and what would be possible as I already have a lot of piercings in my ears, she gave me a thorough consultation and showed me her extensive range of jewellery suitable for the piercings I wanted and offered me a variety of price ranges to suit my budget. At no point did I feel pressured in to purchasing anything. During the actual piercings all of the equipment was taken out in from of me in sterile packs and the whole piercing was done quickly, painlessly and efficiently. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you want a brilliant piercing, value for money in a friendly professional environment then this is the place to visit

I can't recommend Beinta enough!! After a long time off with Covid closures she wasn't the least bit out of practice. This was my first cartlidge piercing but I had nothing to be nervous about, piercing my conch was virtually painless, much less painful than a lobe piercing I've recently had done elsewhere. Her studio is professional and clean, yet comfortable and welcoming. The procedure was done within 15 mins and with the cutest aftercare package!

Amazing staff and LOADS of jewellery! Went to Medusa Piercing to get my tragus and conch pierced and was greeted by friendly staff who were super kind, calming and friendly. Beinta talked my mum and I through the jewellery options and we were amazed at the amount and variety of gorgeous jewellery! Beinta kept me calm during the procedure (as my mum was to scared to watch 😂) and my mum and I were amazed how quickly it was done! She then talked me through the aftercare and I was given an aftercare package with sweets, plenty of information, contact info and a beautiful bag and she has said to contact her with any questions I have. My piercings are doing great so far and cleaning them twice a day! 100% recommend, best piercers I have ever been too and such a reasonable price! See you in a month for a check up, can’t wait! I had both nipples done here and this lovely lady made me feel so comfortable and chatted away so i wouldnt be scared which i love! Beinta is the best piercer in this city. A little fact for you 🙌🏾 I’ve had several piercings with Beinta and each one has been professionally and superbly carried out. She is knowledgable on all piercings, all aftercare and on helping with any little hiccups you may encounter (such as my bodies intolerance of certain metal meaning Beinta ordered some high quality plastic jewellery to allow me to heal safely) The parlour is gorgeous. The only piercer you should consider! Beinta (hope I have the spelling right) is amazing, will put you at ease, will help with your jewellery choices, will make you laugh and give you the best piercing you could hope for! Be prepared to wait, but you should wait, it’s testament to how good she is and rather than rush people through like a conveyor belt, Beinta will still give you the most personalised experience despite 50 people waiting in the corridor 😂😂

We travelled an hour to this lovely lady mainly based on her reviews and a telephone conversation I had with her. She is very confident in her work and very professional. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and at ease. She talked me through everything and am pleased to say I have had no issues with the piercings I had done.
