I had the best experience here. Despite the mix ups I caused, the guy at the front desk (sorry I forgot your name 😬) and Ricky the piercer were so understanding, kind and helpful. I came in for a nose piercing, everything was so clean and professional, I did a covid test and the piercing was quick and painless. Such a nice environment, sick studio and lovely lovely staff. Now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

Ricky pierced my nose (nostril) yesterday. He was very professional and friendly. Explained everything and he used a different piece of jewelry to match the labret on my other nostril. Painstakingly measured the new piercing site so it matched the other side. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Still no pain, I'm aware that it's there but the entire experience has been pain free. Thank you so much Ricky. 🙂 I just want to give a shout out to the other guy working there who managed all of us at the front and doing the lat flows. Thank you too for providing a warm and fun environment to visit.

These guys are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. For 19 months, I worked next door to them and exchanged banter before checking them out inside. I have had two tattoos and several piercings there; most recently a labret piercing two weeks ago. The testing regime, rightly, is thorough and rigorous and Lee was very patient with me! Ricky is a very experienced piercer. They tell it like it is, and the work is awesome. The tattoo artists are amazing! Despite living in North Surrey, I would never go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommended.

first of all, out of all my piercings (I have ten in total) this was the best experience I have ever had, I came to do my rook piercing and Ricky was so attentive and you can tell from from the experience how skilled he was. they offered me to come in a month to assess the condition of my ear to make sure I was cleaning it properly. and lastly the cleanliness is spot on. I had my tragus pierced by Ricky yesterday - it was my first cartilage piercing so I was quite nervous but he was really reassuring and explained everything that he was doing throughout the process, and it was much smoother and more painless than I had been expecting. The studio was clean and he took care to show me that all equipment was new and sterile. They don't take card payments so you do need cash, but they directed me to a cash point opposite so this wasn't an issue. All in all I am delighted with the experience and I absolutely love my new piercing - thank you so much Ricky!

i got my septum done here, the first thing i noticed was the care they took with covid. i really appreciated this - they ensured that anyone entering the studio had their masks on, and i had a free covid test with my piercing. it took roughly 40 minutes altogether, and i'm super happy with my piercing!! :)

Not sure if I would ever had chosen this place myself but I had a lovely experience during the Lost Evenings Needles Flickering pop-up event. Absolutely impressed by this shop. Nelson did a great job and was so considerate. The tattoo was small and a walk in the park compared to some others, but he kept checking on me. Everything was clean and neat. Went to the Needles Flickering event last week which was part of Frank Turner's Lost Evenings IV in Camden. Asked for an appointment on quite short notice but got a reply that I can come in on my preferred day. On arrival the guys were amazing! Frank Turner was playing in the background and they all made me feel very at ease for my only second tattoo. Got through to the Tattoo room and all was again perfect. Clean and friendly environment and I had no concerns whatsoever. And of course, the tattoo is fab!! Fantastic work and it has just about healed and looks gorgeous. I would 100% go back for another tattoo!!! Highly recommended :-)

I was at the Needles Flickering event for Lost Evenings 4. My partner got an awesome tattoo and I decided to get a spontaneous piercing which they let me get at the same time even though they were extremely busy. The piercing went fine and when I felt dizzy they immediately gone a full sugar coke and looked after me incredibly well. I would definitely travel to Camden for tattoos and piercings

I had a butcher piercing from Eclipse studios (Brighton) and saw a lovely lady who was able to check out my piercings. She advised to remove a mid cartilage piercing as the original piercer did it at an angle and used a ball back. Very happy with my experience and will come in to get it re-pierced once healed! Couldn't get better value for your money. My tattoos that have been done here (by Floy) are the ones that always get the most compliments! He is suuuuper talented, would trust him with anything really. Probably the best experience I've had in a piercing & tattoo shop ever! I had my septum pierced here and I felt so welcomed by the receptionist (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) but I was so impressed how friendly and polite he was to every single customer that came in including myself. He provided me with my aftercare too. My piercer Ricky was great too really friendly and my nerves just went away. I had a covid test done so you get the added bonus of knowing you're clean in that sense. Ricky was meticulous before doing the piercing offering me different jewelry and drawing a line on my nose to make sure the piercing was straight. I was expecting a lot of pain but it was so quick I barely felt a thing! I will definitely be making the trip to Camden to this studio to have any other piercings in future. Went to get seconds and a helix done by Ricky - very professional, clean and friendly (Lee at the front desk is lovely). Enforce the no ID - no job policy (a sign of a trustworthy place), but were very welcoming to fit in a new appointment allowing us time to go and get it. Needles opened in front of you, sterile, and great price. Don't accept card, but bank transfers and cash work. Thank you guys, will definitely come back and recommend to others!

Great People and Top Class Service ❤️ I was very impressed with the service at this place, this was my first time here and I will surely be back. I had a booking for a tattoo and upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the front of house, my temperature was checked and I was then told to fill in a consent form and also a general Heath form, a sanitized pen was provided and the staff made me feel very safe. I’ve noticed they are doing Free Covid-19 tests for anyone who wants to get a facial piercing where they have to remove their mask for the procedure which I think it’s great and it shows that they care about their staff and their customers, I haven’t seen any other studio doing this so far. They seem very busy for piercing at this place as I’ve noticed they’ve sent away quite a few people because they had no slots left. I had my tattoo done by Andre and he was absolutely amazing, the procedure was quick and he also took the time to explain all the proper aftercare. I also had the chance to look at his comic books and it’s unreal, very talented artist. I went to the reception area to get the aftercare cream for my tattoo and they gave it to me for free as it was my birthday 🥳 Couldn’t be happier with the experience and the result. I went to get some piercings done during the summer and had a really great experience in terms of the piercing. However, today I went in to ask about a different type of piercing (how it is done, how long the care is...) and was not well received. The man at the front was very rude and honestly seemed a bit sexist. The incident has really put me off from returning and made me very uncomfortable. At my last visit I also saw him be rude to other customers but I assumed it was a one off. Really unfortunate as had such a positive experience before.The rest of the staff were very nice at my last visit though and the place was very clean.

I got my nose pierced here and unfortunately the stud began to sink into my nose within days. I believe the bar was way too short for a new piercing and the ball probably too small. The experience was fine but given the background I explained to the piercer I would have expected a longer bar for healing. I'll be going elsewhere to get that done.

I got a helix piercing done here recently and really can't recommend them enough. All the staff were really friendly and happy to answer any questions. The piercer, Ricky, was great at explaining everything, helped me to pick the best spot to have pierced and showed me the unopened equipment with the expiry date without me having to ask to see it. I contacted the studio to have a tattoo over one I wasn't happy with. I was met with professionalism by Lee over the phone. He arranged for me to have a consultation and measurement for the new tattoo before having it physically done. I was introduced to the tattoo artist beforehand to see what could be done. Ricardo is friendly with a quirky sense of humour. Andre the tattoo artist did a brilliant job! He designed a hummingbird and flower which exceeded my expectations. It's by far the best tattoo I have. I love it! Aftercare instructions are explained in detail by Andre and Lee (along with written instructions). I have also been advised to return in a month to see how it's healed. If you're looking for a professional, friendly and dedicated team who will produce beautiful artwork, you know where to go. Thanks a lot Andre and team!

These guys are doing a terrific job when it comes to the coronavirus prevention, very impressed with the safety measures. Very clean place, staff is wearing all the protective gear and I've felt very safe while there. Social distancing rules are in place. Had a tattoo with Eloy and was very impressed with the super fine line work. He also spent time discussing my idea and making sure I was happy with the design. Last time I had a tattoo done and asked the artist for fine line ended up with thicker lines than what I wished for but this time I got it right. I will be back for more guys, thanks a million.

Had a rook piercing done a couple days ago and really pleased with the experience and result! They only pierce with implant grade titanium which was important to me as I'm hypersensitive to nickel, and Rick was professional and SO fast. It was an easy procedure, despite reading horror stories online of how painful it can be, it really wasn't in the right hands. The placement is also perfect. I've been to a lot of tattoo and piercing places and they can be full of attitude and intimidation but these guys are really lovely and friendly, even though they were dealing with the influx of Saturday customers they took the time to explain everything. Amazing value for money too, you can easily pay double for lower quality jewellery and a less experienced piercer in London. Definitely recommend.

Got a Navel piecing with Rick and I am super happy with it, been following the aftercare advice given and I am hoping to be able to go back to change it in 6 weeks. I came here to get my front helix and septum pierced. When I walked in, I was kindly greeted by all the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and laid back. My piercer was Rick - he was so nice and answered all of my questions patiently and informatively. He was also very friendly, chatting to me while I was in the piercing room, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease. He also showed me all the equipment he would be using for the piercing, pointing out the sealed packages and the expiration dates for the products. The front helix was the first to be pierced - he helped me pick a nice looking spot for it, and the process was super quick and painless. The septum piercing was second, and the one I was most excited for as I have wanted this piercing for a very long time. Before even entering the piercing booth, as I was filling out paperwork, Rick took a look at my septum and mentioned it was slightly deviated, but that it shouldn’t be a problem as he had dealt with worse deviated septum in the past. However, when I looked in the mirror after it was pierced, I saw that it was very crooked and it didn’t look the way I hoped. Rick also said that he wasn’t happy with his work, and that it was a shame because the septum piercing is his favourite to do. We both decided it was best to take the piercing out after trying two different rings (first bar, then horseshoe). It was nice of Rick to let me see if there was any change in alignment with the different rings. Even though the outcome of the septum piercing was a huge bummer, I understand that these things happen sometimes. He also gave me a full refund for the septum piercing and gave me free aftercare product. Like I said, Not everything in life goes smoothly, but I just hope that I can have a septum piercing without it looking off when I eventually decide to get it again. I won’t go back here to have my septum pierced because I am just worried about going through the discomfort again only to have another dissapointing outcome. But that being said, Rick was an awesome guy, who also gave me great aftercare info. Sending lots of good vibes to all the workers there, and especially to you, Rick! Thanks for my helix - I’m so happy with it :)

Andre Beja hat das Tattoo sehr sorgfältig gestochen und die Sympathie stimmte von Anfang an. Ein sehr netter Tattookünstler, der eine ruhige Hand hat, auf die Kunden achtet und auch mit nervösen Kunden umgehen kann (ich tendiere zu nervösen Zuckungen). Anschließend hat er das Tattoo sorgfältig überprüft und Stellen, wo die Tinte durch leichte Blutungen nicht gut in die Haut eingedrungen ist, ausgebessert. Danach haben wir uns ein paar der Arbeiten von Andre angesehen und waren begeistert. Zuletzt habe ich noch eine Anleitung zur Nachsorge des Tattoos erhalten. Obwohl wir spontan vorbei geschaut haben, haben die Tattoowierer sich die Zeit genommen, uns perfekt zu beraten, das Tattoo sorgfältig zu stechen und wir sind sehr zufrieden, dass wir dieses Studio ausgesucht haben, obwohl wir unter Zeitdruck standen, da wir einen Flieger erwischen mussten. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass es nichts bei diesem Studio zu bemängeln gibt. Wir sind SEHR ZUFRIEDEN und werden wieder kommen, um hier über weitere Tattooideen zu sprechen und sie im Studio zu realisieren. Ich würde sogar so weit gehen, dass ich sage, dass dieses Studio mein neues Stammstudio werden könnte, obwohl wir aus Deutschland kommen. Vielen Dank für diese fantastische Erfahrung.
