Anouska does brilliant to manage expectations and her knowledge is second to none. Always on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The procedure itself is not too bad with regards to pain, pretty similar to a body tattoo. If you're thinking about having this done, don't hesitate to contact Anouska, you won't regret it, i would definitely recommend.

I started my HPT (SMP) about a month ago i did lots of research before choosing the right person and HAIR ink. Clinic (Anouska) was one of the top people constantly showing up in my results (plus check the before and after pictures on the site, they are extremely accurate in terms of what you see and what to expect). The first 2 treatments were mild and even my barber had a hard time spotting it even when i told him. However, when i compared pictures there is definitely a difference. I had my 3rd and final treatment 5 days ago and this session is going to add more colour/volume on the scalp (On going, i will update once i have results). Anouska was great from day 1 and took me through the whole process and what to expect so if you decide to give do this listen to her carefully. Overall i am very happy with my results so far and it had a great impact on my confidence i 100% recommend.

I am of African decent and had reservations about the results on my skin completion. The initial research online did not yield much in terms of images for HTP scalp micropigmentation on black men. My selection of Anouska was based on pure gut feeling and Boy did she impress me. A word of caution though, the process for black men is a little different. I booked in with Anouska for HPT scalp micropigmentation. Upon the initial consultation I noticed she is very straight talking and will give you the honest truth about what can be achieved. All I'll say is that Anouska knows her stuff! Plus she is so friendly that it was like having a mate carry out your treatment, except your mate is unbelievably talented and passionate about their work. The results achieved were nothing short of astonishing, plus Anouska is definitely one of the more colourful surgeons I've met, so each session is never boring! Haha. I will also point out how patient and understanding she is with different situations as I had to leave about a fortnight between treatments and I needed to extend to about 4 or 5 treatments in total due to a scalp condition I have and needed longer recovery time. But Anouska was great with all of it and never charged me any more than what my initial price was. Before this turns into a book, all I'll say is that Anouska is the best in her field and a certifiable genius, plus she's a very nice lady too. I thoroughly recommend her.

Anouska is so open and has taken her time with me from the very beginning. She clearly takes pride in her work and wants to ensure that I too am pleased with the results. Having visited Anouska a year beforehand, I'd decided that it was time for a maintenance visit. Anouska is truly, amazingly talented at the work she does! After not much deliberation I got in touch with Anouska to book what I thought would be my first SMP session. I found HairInk on google and was impressed with previous reviews. The premises is perfect for the procedure, great location, very clean and fantastically well lit. Anouska is a great person, very friendly with an unbelievable amount of knowledge with regards to all hair matters. After discussing what results I was after, Anouska drew some hair lines on to my head. When we were both happy and after seeing some of her previous work I was ready to begin. Or so I thought. Anouska insisted that I take my time and go away to think about the procedure in depth to make sure that I was 100% sure I wanted to go ahead with the SMP. I was adamant that I was ok to proceed and wanted to begin straight away. Anouska refused, even after trying to pay in full the same day she deeply encouraged me to go home and call her back the following week if I wanted to proceed. Truth be told I wasn’t exactly happy with this, but decided to take the advice. The following week after a successful skin patch test we begun what would be 3 weekly concurrent sessions and I am very very happy with the results. My friends and family have not noticed anything, my barber who I made aware I was going to have the SMP also didn’t notice which was unbelievable. Huge credit goes to Anouska, she is great at what she does and I will be back when necessary for any touch ups she believes is needed. With regards to aftercare, it’s very easy. Anouska kindly provided some topical vitamin e ointment after every session that was enough to last at least a week.

I visited Anouska at HAIR ink around a year ago now with a very heavy scar on the back of my head , initially I went in to have this covered up. Anouska being the amazingly professional and wonderful person that she is suggested options for me which could get great coverage over the whole head and would all tie in for a more natural look . I went with her advise and was just amazed at how great the finish looked was . I have had around 4 hair surgeries in the past and never thought that my hair would look good shaved again . Amazing Anouska goes above board to make you feel comfortable and explain the treatment at Hair Ink. She is extremely professional and at the same time you feel you are being treated by a friend. Anouska has a vast knowledge of the scalp and hair including supplements, FUE / FUT - she is true expert in this area. In terms of the HPT treatment, Anouska adjusts her approach to suit the individual as she did with me - deciding to use specific type of needle to achieve the desired effect on my scalp. After seeking Anouska's advice about various supplements on the market, I decided to order and try out Finastrade and while there were no guarantees, the combination of the Finastrade and the technique Anouska uses for HPT (which stimulates the follicles), my hair has grown thicker, denser and many of my inactive follicles have been reignited - this was a completely unexpected bonus. Prior to the treatment I was preparing to get PRP but thanks to Anouska's advice I saved a lot of money and had the same effect based on her HPT technique. Anouska is a credit to the hair industry and when it comes to scalp pigmentation there is no one better. A huge recommendation for an extremely talented expert in the hair and scalp industry!

Decided to contact Anouska (amongst many other people) and SO glad I did. She invited me over to her studio for a chat and was completely honest and upfront about what would work and what wouldn't, what to watch out for and a ton of other information. There was no sales pitch, no trying to grab my money and make a booking on the spot, so I'd say she's really the only person I would completely trust with sticking a needle into my head several hundred times out of anyone else in London. She's working for herself, so there's no trying to fool you into doing something to appease bosses or meet targets, and she's clearly quite a busy person with her work, so she's not desperate for another sale. MSP as a whole is quite a scary and difficult thing for me (as I'm sure it is for most people), and Anouska made time for 3 (free!) meet ups to go over all my MANY fears and questions as I went back and forth over whether to get anything done or not. She was always completely honest, personable and I never felt under pressure to do anything. I always felt like she cut through any panic or rash decisions I was going to make and gave her honest, professional opinion. I was thinking about getting a hair transplant done, with quite a few surgeons telling me they could 'fix' me up and I almost went ahead with it... but bringing it up to Anouska, she literally saved my skin by telling me that the shock loss would kill the hair I still had, and that these surgeons were just trying to make a quick buck off me (even offering to speak to them on my behalf on what the hell they were getting at). She went over other options to restore hair safely (that she would get nothing from), things that wouldn't work for me that I was going to drop a lot of money on (PRP), gave me plenty of time and space to breathe and think things over, without chasing me up and trying to get me to hand over my bank details. It almost felt a bit too good to be true, having Anouska giving me all this advice, guidance and help without stressing me into doing ANYTHING. But that's what separates her from most other people doing this kind of thing out there; she's doing this because she loves it, and she's passionate about it. She's not just trying to make a sale, draw in customers or thinking about the money... but she really wants to HELP people, look after the people that come to her, even at the cost of her own spare time. She's so knowledgable about this whole industry, the psychology of what's going on for men and women, what works and what doesn't. She's not just anybody wielding a needle with ink on the end that's had a bit of training by a company and certificate to show for it. She's like, a walking encyclopedia on MSP, hair loss, she's honest, trustworthy, she's a master of her craft. She's the only person doing MSP that I've dealt with who I felt was looking out for me (whether I paid her for anything or not), told me the truth about what would work and what wouldn't and talked to me like a human (or friend) and not as a sales prospect. Anouska at "Hair Ink" came highly recommended. Impressed by her work on the brows of a close friend of mine I made an appointment with her at her Foley Street clinic in the West End of London. Prior to discussing the treatment available for me in detail, Anouska invited me to look at images of her work there at the Hair Ink clinic. With each image she explained the technique used in obtaining a natural look of hair (both scalp & facial) using intricate, individual brush-like strokes. In some cases (due to a medical condition) there had in fact no longer been any hair there at all. Further humbled by images of her work creating the illusion of a nipple on the breast of a post mastectomy patient, Anouska's expertise and professional ability became doubtless in my mind. Clearly I was in the hands of a highly skilled, professionally trained technician and a true artist. Continuing the consultation. Anouska appraised the work required on my brow and then with 2 strokes of an eyebrow pencil drew the most perfect set of eyebrows I have ever seen on my face. Seemingly, tiny strokes of hair have miraculously appeared on my previously naked outer brows.
