Got my right nostril piercing not too long ago about 2-3 months ago. Had some trouble getting it to heal. But recently it has healed perfectly very happy with the outcome :) great service will definitely recommend. Also has great jewellery to pick.

Even took the time to show me how to flip the piercing for work, and made sure I could do it myself. Honestly brilliant service, could not be happier!

Got my nose piercing here. It was very busy and bit of a queue. I hadn’t done research on this place before but I asked some of the girls in line. And they had very glowing reviews. I went in with Sam and although she was very busy she went over everything with me. The environment was sterile and she spoke to me abt after care. Sam is very friendly however my piercing caused me complications within a week, my smiley wasn't pierced in the right place i.e frenulum it was pierced inside my inner upper lip, i didnt notice till my whole mouth swell up, i tried calling for 2 days straight and no one answered i then got it check by 2 other piercers and a visit to a+e and that area of the mouth wasn't a smiley, it should have never been pierced as a smiley. I feel disappointed as i didnt need this to happen. I apparently cant pierce my frenulum as its so thin, she could have told me! Thats not proffesional at all.

Been pierced here many times. Sam is very quick and has a professional service. She explains aftercare every time, it’s sterile and clean, there’s mirrors everywhere to check positioning and she will fix positioning if you are not happy after it has been pierced.

I have been going to her for years. She’s fast and it’s painless. She has a nice selection of body jewellery to choose from (once fully healed of course). This place take hygiene and social distancing seriously. The place is visibly clean both the staff are exceptional and the lady that does the piercing is exceptional putting the client at ease as she is doing the piercing. Also they offer to numb the area before piercing something that other establishments do not offer. My girls absolutely love this shop and are loyal customers.

Came here on Saturday to get my helix pieced and I am so happy with it! The lady who owns the shop was lovely and took the time to check I was happy with my placement before piercing my ear. Really good value for money! As someone who is scared to get piercings I was fine and she was extremely quick, like 3 seconds quick! It was clean and there was a slight 10 minute wait, but that was reassuring because that means she’s good! Very happy - would definitely recommend and want so many more piercings now! :)

Got my rook and conch pierced today - I LOVE THEM! Sam was super friendly, professional, and safe. I was worried about the positioning of the piercings bc I've seen some badly placed ones done by other piercers, but Sam knows what she's doing. I've been waiting months for her to reopen after lockdown, I wouldn't get my piercings anywhere else! I got my nose, helix and tragus pierced here too and haven't had any issues with any of them.

I absolutely love this place for piercings!!! It’s at a great rate, £5 for fun with offers, £15 for needle and £5 for numbing gel. Also they’re all done with care and her experience and excellence shine every time I go. This is the only place I go to for any piercing and I could not be happier!

The big downside is that the lady making the earrings does not pay attention to what she is doing, she is constantly thrashing, she treats the client as a number. A badly matched earring caused my ear to be swollen and hurt. I came back to change and she put the earring upside down because that was how he came in. Not coming back

I went today to loosen my piercing as I need to temporarily remove it soon. Sam was lovely as usual, she is just straight to the point and gets the job done efficiently. I understand why she is always busy! Because she is good at what she does. Not sure why people are expecting anything more than getting a piercing. She’s not your therapist. All she needs to do is pierce your skin and you should be on your way! She also gave me a spare pair of gloves to remove the piercing! Thank you. Would deffo highly recommend this place, great service.

A friend of mine recommended Sam to me. I then went and had my septum pierced. Sam was really patient with me, especially when I got nervous. I will only deal with Sam, and nobody else. EDIT: Recently visited Sam to get my nose pierced. Filled out a short questionnaire, which was fine, because I was in a queue. The actual piercing procedure was practically done in 3 seconds, I know this because she gave me the countdown. As usual I was bleeping well scared, and Sam helped me to get over that. She told me how to clean my piercing, what should be used, and how long I’ll have to keep the original stud in for. What can I say? I’m really pleased with the outcome, and my piercing looks super cute. Thanks Sam!

Got my helix piercing recently and i was very impressed. Called a few days before and enquired about the piercing and Sam was exceptionally helpful and was reassuring. No wonder this place had a line to wait when i got there as it’s such a good place. I trusted Sam to use a needle and i got it numbed, it was quick and i barely felt anything. Amazing experience, I’m now confident to get other piercings, can’t wait to go back!

I've actually lost count of how many piercings I have had done here, I won't go anywhere else now and have taken about 5 friends here who have all loved it too. The shop itself is quite small but Sam is an expert in what she does, quick, friendly and really puts you at ease straight away. So I saw a lot of bad reviews for this place but they were the cheapest I could find for what I wanted done so I braved it anyway. When I went they had a special 2 piercings for £25 offer so I got both my nipples done. The woman was friendly, explained what was gunna happen and numbed the area as well as giving aftercare information. She was really lovely so I was a bit confused about other reviews saying she was rude. I think you get back the kind of attitude you give. Would definitely recommend.

This is by far the best piercing studio I've been to.The piercer was very helpful and talked me through everything. Had my daith pierced. Sam was really professional and really friendly. It didn't hurt at all... she talks to you as she is doing the piercing so that you focus on her words. Queues are quite long so expect to wait at least 30-45 minutes.

Had my forward helix done here for the 1st time having moved to Stratford. The shop is VERY popular as there were 5 people waiting when i arrived and by the time i was 2nd in line there were over 10 behind me! I'm glad i have somewhere local to go to now. This is my 11th piercing and Sam was very professional and quick. She gave the option of having the area numbed before hand which has never been offered before. I declined as im used to the experience but its good for nervous customers and newbies! I wasn't given an after care sheet maybe because I've been pierced many times but was given verbal advice. Not sure if 1st timers are different. I also would have liked to have the area marked to make sure i was happy with the positioning before hand. (Luckily i was happy with the result) Other than that I was happy and would recommend.

Got my nose pierced here 2 years ago and am planning to go back soon finally! Some of these reviews are negative as maybe sam isnt everyones cup of tea... she is blunt and VERY FAST ! which i appreciate as someone who gets extremely nervous around needles i dont want to faff around! was in and out in about 1 minute. My friend who came with me even made a comment that she hadnt even sat down to wait before I was done lol. The piercing was 100% painless, sam has gained my trust and business

My piercings were fine although she didn’t clean the area before piercing. It was quick and done in the right place. But when I was paying she rushed me a lot and snatched money out of my hands as I was getting it out and trying to count up extra money to buy some spare piercing bars. When I checked I was ten pound short and pretty sure I had given her more than she’d given me change back for. I don’t want to assume she took it but the rushing and snatching money out of my hand made it impossible to tell. If she had been more polite and helpful and actually double checked to make sure she hadn’t taken more of me than she realised or didn’t just snatch money straight out of my hand I would have felt a lot more comfortable about it.

Sam is a bit of a feisty woman but she is very good at performing a painless bloodless piercing. It was quick and clean with her when I got my septum pierced but for some reason she is always easily irritated lol. So be careful of her wrath but not the needle. She is a good piercer.
