Hands down best piercing experience I’ve had, and my piercer was an APPRENTICE. Gabby pierced my rook, daith, and anti tragus yesterday and it went without a hitch. It was her first time piercing a daith but she was quick and the hoop is perfectly placed. I’m in love. Facilities were clean, service was professional and friendly, pricing was incredibly fair. If you get pierced by an apprentice you get 35% off so as a student I jumped on it! Huge thank you to Gabby and also Julienne for supervising.

I've seen Cheryl twice now to pierce 5 holes in my ears (2nd lobe + 3rd lobe + helix) and I would never go to anyone else. Cheryl takes the time to explain the process to you, makes sure everything is sterilised and lines up the holes with care and consideration before even picking up a needle. I've had no issues with infection or overwhelming pain.The actual piercing was quick and definitely not as painful as I thought it would be.

I just had my tongue pierced here and had the most fantastic experience. Not only is the shop totally clean, aesthetically pleasing in terms up setup of jewellery, choices, and options (umpteen for anyone who can't decide on just one), private, and well-lit... the staff and their flawless technique are what made this experience totally stellar for me. I have visited plenty of tattoo and piercing shops and have never been treated with such kindness and respect by their phenomenally knowledgeable and professional staff. They made me feel welcome and at home. I discussed my ideas for my helix piercing (I wanted something new and fabulous to replace an old captive bead ring I had had in their for nearly 2 years) with Clem (a guy with a freaking amazing double bridge piercing), and he helped me choose a wicked piece and gave me recommendations and suggestions which I greatly appreciated. I was then escorted to the back area and filled in a consent form. All my questions were answered; I was never rushed or hurried or made to feel like what I wanted to know was silly. I was pierced by Cheryl and this woman is a goddess. She made me feel totally comfortable, welcome, and relaxed. She talked me through the process and swiftly did the piercing without me even noticing... zero pain and I literally couldn't smile big enough because I felt so good. Julien is piercing specialist. Very professional, accommodating and helpful with my concerns on getting ears pierced. My ear lobes are small and already have piercings which are very low. I wanted to make sure my second piercings look good and can be adjacent to the first one. Julien and his colleague's expertise and consultation concluded with the look I wanted and for great maintenance. Piercing itself was so easy, pain free. Julien also recommended to come in for aftercare after 6 weeks. Highly recommend for consultation with Julien and his colleagues.

Fab place. I got a piercing here and everything went great. But I came back when another piercing I had for years (and got somewhere else) went wrong. She was so good and calming as she helped me remove it, and then didn’t even charge me. Would highly recommend. It’s quite hard to find - you need to go up the stairs and there wasn’t a sign when I went.

Although unassuming from the outside and a little confusing when you first walk in (not staff’s fault, with only one person on duty of course there won’t always be someone there to greet customers right away), I cannot say enough good things about my experience getting my nostril pierced here. I did a lot of research beforehand and am so glad I chose Metal Morphosis. I didn’t catch her name, however it was clear within 10 seconds of speaking to her that the piercer there knows her stuff. She answered all my questions fully, clearly and professionally and was sure to be clear we were both on the same page when asking what I wanted to have pierced. Before piercing my nostril, my friend had her stud changed for a ring and said the whole process was smooth, quick and as painless as these things can be. On to my turn. This was my first piercing since having my earlobes done at the age of six, so needless to say I was a little bit nervous. My friend was allowed in to hold my hand and the piercer was totally calm and reassuring throughout. Everything was very clean (she changed her gloves about three times during the process), the needle, other equipment and stud were all sterile and I saw them taken out of fresh packets. The process was very quick too - this isn’t something you’d want someone to linger over, so top points for efficiency. Advice on aftercare was thorough and I was even given a bottle of saline solution to take home with me at no extra cost. I was also advised that staff are on hand via telephone and was actively encouraged to call if I had any problems or wanted further advice. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name but, to the woman who was working on Friday 4th May: you were fantastic, thank you!

After having issues with some of my piercings from here I went in hoping for some advice. I was served by a lovely woman that was so helpful and attentive! She changed the labrets as my existing ones that I had been pierced with were too short, cleaned them thoroughly and sent me off with plenty of saline solution and antibacterial wipes free of charge! After the help I have received from this store today I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing.

I got my forward helix pierced here a few weeks ago. I was mainly attracted to it based on the price - £15, which for London is very reasonable. Everything was nice and clean, and a couple of weeks late and my piercing is healing nicely. I did find the service a bit brisk, but having had other piercings, I didn't need to go through the details! I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a first-timer, but that could have just been my experience.

(Oxford St, Topshop studio) Went to get a nostril piercing and the first thing I noticed was the piercer did not wash her hands before putting her gloves on (not in front of me anyway). It just would’ve been more reassuring if she did it in front of me or at lease told me she did. When she was about to pierce she told me to take a deep breath in and exhale (which was when they usually pierce right?) but she waited a few seconds after and pierced which was more of a shock to my system which I felt made it hurt more. She also recommended I clean it with a cotton bud and saline solution but from my research on piercings online, I’ve read it’s best to do a saline soak as the wool strands can get caught in the jewellery. I’ve had the piercing for 4 days now and the crystal has already fallen out of the stud which is very disappointing. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and answered all my questions. The studio was very clean and my piercer did show me the sterilised needle in the packaging first and was genuinely very nice. I do love my piercing and it’s healing perfectly fine so far, I just wish the crystal would’ve stayed in especially as I paid £10 extra for the gold line stud (£40 total).

I went to the Topshop branch of Metal Morphosis for my inner conch piercing yesterday and was in and out within 15 minutes. The guy who did my piercing (whose name I regrettably didn't get) was so nice and patient with my vague explanation of where I wanted it, was super thorough in cleaning and marking, and I'm so happy with it. The prices are so reasonable, considering how much some places in London charge for a cartilage piercing, and I would 100% recommend.

I went into the Metal morphosis branch at Oxford Circus (topshop) and had the best experience being pierced by Angie! Beforehand, I did loads of research as I wanted one of my nipples redone after i had some complications the first time round. As you can imagine I was very nervous and apprehensive about more complications arising. Angie reassured me it could be pierced again, and recommended that what I actually needed was shorter bars and also changed my other nipple bar to match free of charge! It made me realise other piercers probably do the one size fits all for everyone but this place actually takes into account what YOU need. Her knowledge and advice made me feel so comfortable and I’m so glad I got it redone here. Afterwards, she actively reassured me to contact her or pop in again if I needed further assistance. Also the place is extremely clean and everything is sterile. I would definitely only go back here and I highly recommend to anyone but especially anyone who may of had problems beforehand! You won’t regret it.

My 11 yo daughter wanted her ears pierced and nowhere will do needle piercings on a kid her age. I didn't want to go to the high street chain famous for piercing kid's ears as a friend's daughter has wonky holes in her lobes from those guns. Popped in here (back in June) and was very impressed: the woman doing the piercing was calm and reassuring. She drew dots on the lobes first to ensure absolute symmetry. The actual piercing was done with a device that isn't a gun (not sure what it's called sorry). We went through the saline solution quite quickly but only had one (minor) infection after a camping trip, and this was remedied within days. Price was reasonable, £20 including the earrings and saline solution. Really recommend this place.

Haven't got a bad word to say! Corina (apologies if the spelling is wrong), made it a very informative and comfortable experience (ear lobes). Pain was more than bearable because she's clearly experienced. I didn't realise until coming here that using a gun isn't good because it can't really be cleaned. It's also less precise that way. Anyway, I would definitely recommend choosing these guys!
