I’d read a lot of reviews about this place and now I know why it’s so popular. I had gone to the parlour today for a consult (I feared that the piercing I’d got done from elsewhere had closed but I was told that there was no damage). Everyone was extremely friendly and warm. It was only a consult and it took me less than 10 minutes but I was made to feel like I was the most important customer for them. I’m so glad that I read the reviews and chose to visit this parlour. I’d love to visit again. Thank you for all the warmth. Love from the Indian 😊

Without a doubt, the best tattoo shop I ever come across. Professional, clean and very friendly, best atmosphere to have body work! Gaston was my artist and his talents are out of this world good!!!! Came here to have my nose pierced again, (as had a piercing done before at another shop and it went bad) from beginning to end I was treated with care and respect as I was very apprehensive. Tyra is absolutely amazing, she’s calm and so quick too, full of advice and gave me security to go through with it! I had a great experience here. I came in to get a cartilage Tragus piercing. Prior to coming in I sent off an online contact request with questions that I had, and received a reply same evening. The studio was very clean and tidy. Funky decorations on the walls. Received a friendly welcome at reception desk. Gemma was very professional and patient with me. She was very understanding when I got upset after seeing the needle prior to the piercing. After all I walked out happy and pleased with my new piercing. I love it! Thank you!

Such a great experience!! Called in to ask if i could get a daith and 2 lobe piercings done as i wasn't sure if they would accept walk-ins due to covid. I was so happy to find out they had a slot available later the same day. Really lovely and bright atmosphere. Gemma was amazing! So sweet and reassuring. She really knew what she was doing and placed them in the ideal places. She also was great at explaining the process of it all and how much pain i may feel. I would highly recommend!

I just wanted to compliment you on how great your studio is I had a navel piercing done today, Saturday 21 August and the piercer was lovely with a great bedside manner. I also had experience of your other piercer on Monday last week when I nearly got the piercing done but didn’t as I did not feel too great (it was rebooked to today). She was also really good and also had a brilliant bedside manner and was very understanding and caring. Please pass on my regards to both of them. None of my friends are into piercings but if they were I’d recommend your place for sure. I’m also impressed by how clean everything is and how seriously you take that. I liked how the needle and clamp were already on display in their packaging when I got into the room, just to show everything was sterile.

I got my septum done by Gemma and she was AMAZING! I was super nervous but she spoke me through everything, made me laugh and made me feel really comfortable. It wasn’t overpriced and a very professional environment. I don’t think I’d ever get a piercing anywhere else!

Had my second lobe piercing done and very pleased with my experience here. Staff were really friendly and warm. You have to book online before turning up but the system was easy to use and saved waiting for a long time while you were there. Also worth pointing out that they are currently cash only so make sure to have some one you!

I got my first tattoo which took about 3 hours. Just walked in and I dealt with Veronica. Extremely talented and I asked her if she could do the design I wanted to which she said yes. All staff were very friendly accommodating and I was a bit nervous but Veronica was very calm and patient. It’s been a week and half and have had no major issues with the tattoo. The design came out exact as expected and all the intricate details are perfect. Would recommend this place!! Just listen to the rules and you will be fine. You get what you pay for.

Friendly and professional people from the person answering the phone to the Artist. Having a piercing done is a very special event & who gets to do it is also special. It is a nice and clean store. The piercing is quite fast. My first piercing is a bit crooked with nipple not in the exact center due to the manual deviation, but they lovely offer me a second time for free to correct it. Lovely store and staff.

10/10!! I went to Plan9 piercing studio for some piercing concepts and I was welcomed by some super friendly staff! The receptionist, Ricky, was an incredible help and offered a highly professional service and made sure I was taken care of. I had the pleasure of seeing both Tyra and Gemma! Tyra offered some amazing design tips which I was super thrilled and happy with, she is so talented and her work is beautiful! Really loved and appreciated her advice, so I highly recommend her! Got my septum pierced by Gemma. She was amazing! I have a slightly deviated septum and she handled it great and did the piercing in a way that it looks straight. She was very careful not to pierce the cartilage and it went so smoothly. She was super supportive and she explained everything she was doing so that I understood it all. Great price. Shop was very clean. Good covid restrictions and very careful with making sure everything is sanitised. They gave me a page of instructions for caring for the piercing at home. Best experience I've had getting a piercing! I will be going back!

Got my ears pierced by Sarah! Would very recommend her To anyone, she makes you feel comfortable and is very patient with you. She did a spot with a pen before doing the holes and showed it to me with the mirror to be sure i liked it. She talked me through the steps while talking to me about something else to make me relax. Can't recommend Plan 9 enough, I went in with a tattoo I hated and tried to cover up constantly, and came out with one that I can't wait to show people! I’ve done 5 stars just so everyone can see this review!!! This place is not what it used to be. I had tattoo done here last year by a lovely polish lady- she has now left. Now, the main tattooist is a racist lady named Tori. She is a liar, calculating and quite frankly dangerous. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND DO NOT USE TORI. From the first visit she did not want to serve my friend due to her being black! She then continued to racially profile and claim my friend as ‘aggressive’ for simply forgetting an appointment. Horrible horrible service. Spend your money somewhere else. For the sake of Plant 9 I hope they realise how damaging Tori is as a tattoo artist here!!!

Today I witnessed a member of your staff team, being totally unprofessional towards a lady with a young child. The member of staff was visibly the aggressor and I was disgusted to see her use white privilege at its finest. I stopped in the florist a couple of doors down to observe the situation until the police arrived. From what I understand your aggressive member of staff called the police and falsely alleged that the young lady was being aggressive. I overheard the police officer confirm that the young lady had not committed an offence and that customer service from the lady (Tori/Terri- didn't catch the name clearly) was poor. I felt compelled to write this as there was no professionalism and it was appalling to witness a distressed child within this situation.
