Amazing piercing experience!! I was definitely more nervous than should have been, and Monica was reassuring and extremely kind. The helix piercing was genuinely painless - Monica was so quick and skilled I barely knew it had happened! Brilliant guidance given on piercing aftercare. I came to the place very stressed about getting my septum piercing done, which I wanted for years but was very scared. the team was lovely and calm me down (even offered me a teddy bear to hold while I'm there). the piercer (which I forgot to ask her name) was amazing. she was so gentle and caring and turned this fear I had in my head to a great experience. 10\10 recommend!!

I had an ankle tattoo done here almost 15 years ago by a man named Tommy. I never went back for the top up and it still looks as good as the day it was done. He was so knowledgeable and used the right colours for my skintone even back then. I'd love to know what happened to him. He was incredibly talented.

I can't recommend this place enough!! The owner Monica is an angel and the products that they sell are very high quality. The one time I got a piercing done elsewhere it got infected and I came running back to this shop and they cleaned the piercing and replaced the jewellery so it would heal correctly. I have bought gold jewellery here over 10 times and have been wearing them for years now and they still look new. Their tattoo service is also very hygienic and done with precision and care - everyone go here, best place in London for all your piercing and tattoo requests!

I don't normally leave reviews but the service at this parlour is exceptional! I have gone to several piercing parlours across the UK but this one is a true find. I've come here for the past few years multiple times for new piercings and jewellery changes and every time I am blown away by the results. My piercings, done by Marzia, have all healed at an extremely fast rate and I have never come across any issues with them. She is also super sweet and always puts the clients interests first - as well as clearly communicating everything she's doing and everything that can be done to help. I feel really calm while getting my ears done by her and have complete trust in her work. She is such a treasure while still being very professional. Besides their piercings, the jewellery itself is amazing quality too! The prices are great value for the jewellery they sell. I have never been unsatisfied with any of my earrings, they don't ever rust or break and I have not experienced any bad reactions either. Despite this, they are all fairly priced and also fit really well. The staff also helped me find earrings that would fit my ears well a few months back - which made my rook piercing much more comfortable. To anyone searching for fair priced, good quality jewellery or healthy, relaxed piercing experiences in London - I would most certainly recommend this store! I contacted Monica because my dermal piercing between my breast looked like it was starting to reject . She was so helpful and told me what to do and suggest a spray to buy from them to clean all piercings. I continued to shower with hot water over the piercing and massage Shea butter into it 3 times a day I am so amazed. The bar cam out and from massaging it with Shea butter the bump has gone down and the scaring is going. Look forward to seeing Monica and the team when that open back so I can get a normal piercing between my breast will definitely not be getting another dermal again they are pretty but don’t last. I give them 5 star rating keep up the good work. Can’t wait to she shanade to do my piercing.

I had my second lobe piercings today by Monica and I am totally in love with my new little hoops! The staff are really friendly and make you feel comfortable too. Monica took time to explain the aftercare thoroughly and made sure this was all understood. You dont feel anything more than a pinch with the needle as Monica talks to you throughout so so you dont notice any pain.The studio is super clean and hygiene is definitely a 5*. Definitely come here for your piercing needs! You won't be dissapointed!

I love this piercing shop. Helpful and friendly, and definitely a trustworthy piercing shop to visit. It now shares the space with a shop about cannabis and smoking, however they are separate businesses so don’t let that confuse you! A couple years ago I got my conch done, and it healed amazingly. Recently I returned to get a second helix and a forward helix done. I’m probably about a month into the healing process and it’s going very well. I got to choose my jewellery, buy cleaning solution there, and they provide a note with the size of your piercings which I find very helpful when buying new stuff. They also offer to change you piercing for the first time! Great piercing shop, 100% recommend.

This is the place to go if you want a good piercing experience. My friend and I both got piercings done and Monica made us feel very comfortable. My piercing hurt a lot less than expected and there was no bleeding at all. 10/10 experience, would recommend!

I was slightly worried going in that my tragus is a bit small to fit a piercing, but a shout out to Marzia who did a perfect job (as you can see how stunning it looks in the picture). I've been pierced by Erica and Shanade who were both exceedingly friendly and helped find the perfect position for the piercing. The prices are very reasonable and there is a really big range of jewellery to choose from. If you're wondering where to get pierced, definitely go here!

I was lucky to be the winner for their new year tattoo competition and had a great experience at Portobello tattoos and piercings. Right from the time I stepped in to the studio, the staff were very lovely and welcoming, the shop has a great happy atmosphere to it. I got my helix pierced here 3 weeks ago and it was a great experience. Laz walked me through the process and advised me on the best aftercare. I love my piercing and it's healing well! Plus it's a very reasonable price, only £20 (including the earring) with a free service in the future (cleaning, checking it's fully healed and changing the earring). If you're thinking about getting a piercing I'd recommend this place.

I took my 15 year old daughter here last week to have a cartilage piercing on her ear. It was a very nice and light hearted experience, and pain free for myself at least!! I went to get my surface tongue piercing and the lady (not sure her name) had blonde hair underneath her hair and black on top, alot of tattoos, piercings and she was light skinned - she was absolutely lovely and amazing. She leaves you with less pain and makes you feel relaxed during the process! Although there was only 1 piercer and alot of wait but overall I love my piercing. Pro's : • very few places do helix piercings for under 16's so this place is ideal •friendly staff •reasonable prices •they explain or answer quieries patiently and reassure you • very well licensed •easy and quick procedure • the needles are single-used Cons: •its at the very end of porabello road so use backstreets to avoid crowds from the market •we stood there for quite a while till we got assisted • im not very sure about the tobacco/weed stall at the back. It almost put my mum off from letting me get my ears pierced here Everyone told me my cartilage would hurt so much in the long terms but it didnt! Overall i love my piercing, no infections bleeding and barely any pain. I recommend it
