I went here on a recommendation from a friend to get my first tattoo at 47 years old. I know, I left it maybe a little too long. The artist that tattooed me was Alessandro. Aside from the fact that his artistry is amazing, his attitude to the work he does is truly exceptional. He has a lovely manner and really put me at ease throughout my visit. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a tattoo. I cannot speak about their piercing service but I expect it is if the same level. All of the staff I spoke to were very polite and professional.

The team were very professional with the way they did everything. They ensured COVID regulations were still in place, they had a wide range of affordable piercings to choose from, and when it came to the actual moment for me to be pierced, I was made to be super relaxed and confident I was in good hands. Both my daughter and myself have seen Chris for piercing. Super professional, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend booking with studio 69, even if you have to wait for a slot as can be busy. It’s worth it for the quality service and experience!

Had my first tattoo done there by Alessandro. Great place, everyone I met was super friendly and easy going. They made me feel at ease and ready, even when at first I got a bit light-headed I never felt like we had to rush or anything. Alessandro made a great design based on a drawing I made, he took what I sent him and added his own artistic spin to it while maintaining the original idea. I walked out of there even happier than I expected, and felt like I was properly informed about aftercare. I'd definitely go again for a next tattoo!

I went to get my septum pierced and was really happy with the customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a wide variety of jewellery to choose from. Best piercing studio I’ve been to and will now not go anywhere else. The staff are always very friendly and professional; they listen to your questions/worries to make sure you’re really happy with your new piercing. Also have a great selection of jewellery to get pierced with so you’re not stuck with something horrible until you can change it! Highly recommend!

I got a piercing done elsewhere which I suspected was pierced wrong. I telephoned this place for a second opinion, as their gallery looked very professional. I was invited in so they could have a look, one of the piercers took a look and was very polite and professional. The shop looks very clean and well presented I am going to return to get my piercing corrected and will probably use them from now on. Plus, their pricing is very reasonable....definitely recommend.

Alessandro is new at tattoo salon with over 15 years experience. On consultation appointment he taken notes really well, and listened to my ideas to create the perfect image. On the day of getting tattoo Alessandro showed me more then few options so I can pick. Let me say was perfect never seen design like this and creativity and time he has taken. Overall he did amazing. Process of tattoo wasn't rushed and he did it well. Always asked me how I'm feeling another plus side. You can tell he enjoys his work. Overall I am very happy. Coming back soon again get another tattoo by Alessandro. Overall the staff at the salon was super welcoming. Offered you water while you wait. Making sure all okay.

I live an hour away but I will never go to another piercing shop. Always friendly and professional, a big variety of jewellery to choose from and the piercings end up painless because they are done well every time! I’ve had my nose done twice my septum, my two lobes reopened, and my rook done here and I’m 100% happy with everything. Will defo be returning for all future piercings 🥰

I came here on a friend's recommendation and got 4 piercings in one session (rook, daith, conch, tragus) - I had an amazing time. Ruth talked me through my jewellery options, what piercings and jewellery would suit me - it really felt like she was dedicating time to me, which was extremely appreciated because I hadn't had a piercing in a long time! Chris then talked to me the whole time he pierced me, making sure I was comfortable and keeping everything clean and sterile. Both Chris and Ruth talked me through the after-care process in detail and answered my questions without any patronising at all, much much appreciated! Going to a studio for tattoos/piercings during covid can be anxiety-inducting, but this pair were astounding, I'm so so grateful and would go back, without a doubt! I also contacted Ruth about buying some jewellery for myself (to use once I'm all healed!) and friends as gifts, and she was super professional, really easy to contact and helped me find alternatives for any items which weren't in stock. Amazing.
