Since I have been in London Tattoo Heros is where I have been having my tattoos done. the only place to go for tattoos and piercings. Everyone here is a pro, welcoming and friendly. They will cater to all your ideas and make it unique to you. Highly recommended.... forever grateful 🙏 ill be back for another soon.

I visited Tattoo Heroes & had a piercing done today - the experience was PERFECT!! I was greeted warmly as I walked through the door. I explained that I was after the Rook piercing and I was told Tom would be with me soon and to take a seat while I wait. Tom is and was absolutely LOVELY!! He was so thorough in talking me through the stages of what he is going to do. He showed me the dots on my ear before piercing, and when I was ready he got me to lay down and told me when to inhale and when to exhale whilst he done the piercing. Once the piercing was done he even gave me a lollipop (which exceeded my expectations!), whilst taking me through the after care, giving me a leaflet of the after care and also his social media business card encase I needed to get in contact with him at a later date. Tom thank you so much!! I am in love with my new piercing it is PERFECT! I will definitely be back once I work out what to pierce next 😃. Update: I went back 12 days later after messaging Tom about what to get next, I had the same 5* experience as the above and left with an additional set of lobe piercings. Now to build up the confidence for a conch piercing. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the area or visiting! The whole team are super friendly and accommodating. Sebastian completed a sentimental bee piece on my arm which is incredible, so much so that I took advantage while I was staying in the area and came back the following day to ask for a cover up of a different tattoo I’ve been wanting for a while. All round reasonable prices, lovely team and super talented!!

This isn’t my first time here and after today it definitely will not be my last - the piercer I saw today (Tom) was incredibly professional. I was served VERY quickly, the wait was not long at all. Everything looked clean, he seemed very knowledgeable which gave me confidence in what he was doing especially as he was piercing an intimate area. He was very reassuring and professional which I think was especially important with the nature of the piercing. It was over quickly with no discomfort beyond what is naturally expected for a piercing and he was honestly just nice to chat to. Would HIGHLY recommend both Tom as a piercer and the shop as a whole - cannot wait for the next one!!!

I really love coming back to this place to get my piercings done. They have good customer service, especially Tom who has done all three of my piercings and all turned out good. Amazing experience with Tom. He pierced my helix and was so professional checking in as I'm prone to fainting spells. He then pierced my daughters lobes and was absolutely amazing with her. So kind and patient, asked consent for everything he did and was a general all round legend. She's made up with her piercings and thinks 'Steve' (as she named him) was soo nice. Got tattooed yesterday by Ruben. I couldn't get any better - I wanted to do a snake going up my leg, he draw for me an incredible design, according to what I wanted, completely on point. The session was long, 6 hours, but Ruben was really fast, as he tried to his best to address the pain I was feeling. All the other tattoo artists in the parlour were great as well, came from time to time to check how I was doing, have a chat, offered sweets, coffee, water, food, anything. Really good service. Got there the last night before they went on bank holiday, and I was travelling before they’d be back, so they managed to fit me in that same day. They only take cash, so be prepared for that (you can also use the convenient ATM across the street). One thing I will say though, from experience they’re a little pricey. This is an amazing, hugely underrated shop. Compared to several of the more well-known and "famous" shops, the artists are just as talented, if not more so, and for several reasons I've come out with much better tattoos from here. The communication is excellent; they take the time to figure out exactly what you're looking for and how to make it work. They even discuss between themselves what would make the best tattoo with the ideas you've given them. At some of the more well-known, busy shops, they tend to either think your idea is okay and just do it, or they decide that it won't work and assume you're an idiot who wouldn't be open to suggestions. Then they just give you an awful tattoo, knowing that they're too well-established for it to affect their reputation. This means that they can have portfolios of amazing work but you can still leave with something awful, and the artist doesn't care. I would strongly recommend coming here. They listen to your ideas and help you figure out how to turn them into a great tattoo. They consider how the design will fit nicely with your body as well as how it will age. This is a great place and on top of that, the people are friendly.

The Piercing area was spotlessly clean, there was alcohol-free mouthwash for pre and post piercing, I had a Labret piercing again. The Piercer, Edita, was calming and reassuring... just what I needed, as my previous piercing experiences, hurt. The procedure was done swiftly and virtually painfree. Got two piercings here. It was a very great swift service. I phoned up at around 12 noon on a sunday and asked if I needed an appointment for a piercing and they just told me that im welcome anytime. I yurned up there and i got seen to immediately by the piercer. It was such a professional service and she gave me her expert advise on which side of my nose i should get my piercing done and I am so glad i did listen to her as she was very right and im so glad about where i got it done. I also got a tragus piercing and it had very minimal pain. The place is clean and and the piercer used brand new tools right infront of me which gave me so much confidence in the cleanliness and hygiene level. Absolutely lovely place and i would deffo recommend anytime.

My experience at tattoo hereos way a great one! Liara was so kind and welcoming, this was hugely important to me as i was getting a vch changed thus you would expect it to be uncomfortable and awkward. Never the less she re assured me that it's not an issue and that she does this everyday. I explained to her the vch jewellery was custom made and my concern about not being able to find navel jewellery to where she said that they are willing to help me design more jewellery for my body, she even stood and mapped out the jewellery and drew pictures to build and undertsanding so both of us knew what the jewellery would look like. Edita too was a bundle of joy, she helped me look at jewellery then changed parts around to make sure i had the jewellery i wanted and the correct length post, she spend a good amount of time mapping the piercings out on my body and made sure i was happy with them and lets not forget she fixed TWO BOTCHED PIERCINGS! Definitely will be back soon for more piercings by the tattoo heroes team!
