I had a great experience at Tattoogem with Paul. He is undoubtedly a great professional piercer. I was highly afraid of having my tragus piercing, but he made my experience tremendously better than I thought it would be. He reduced the perceived and actual pain of piercing to a minimum. While his steady hands were piercing my tragus, he conversed with me, creating a relaxing and comforting environment. Got my septum done here by Paul today, and he is amazing. Not only does he do great piercing, he is also a great guy; really chilled and just a straight up nice person. I had originally gone to a the tattoo piercing studio on High Street, Ealing Broadway, and they pierced it in the septril area of my nose (the skin under the tip of the nose), which is obviously completely wrong. Thank goodness for Paul, he knew exactly what he was doing, was very knowledgeable, the procedure was quick, the outcome was perfect and the price was very reasonable. The vibe there is great, love the music he was playing. I've seen pictures of his tattoo work, he is very much an artist. I definitely recommend and I will be going back.

As most reviews say the guy is very chilled and talks you through everything. We had to pay by cash which wasn't an issue because there was a cash point near. I felt faint and was checked on. I had the helix peirced and unfortunately the ball came out the hoop the next day. I called and was offered to go in for it to be fixed however as I didn't live near I went to one closer. The lady who did fix it said the earing wasn't clasped together properly and that rather than the whole going through the back it came through the side. Edit: thanks for the response. Maybe I was too nervous to remember being asked. I am unfamiliar with the process, hence my review. Changed to 4 star as your service is great.
