Lovely people. Really professional. Really good advice and so kind! Will absolutely be going back for downsizing and further piercings if I decide to. Super clean and helpful with a piercing I had done elsewhere earlier in the week where there was bad advice and poor hygiene. So pleased to have found this place 😊

We came in last week, it was not our first visit. My youngest daughter was getting her ears pierced for the first time. She was very excited but also nervous. The staff were amazing! The gentleman on the front desk explained the different options and helped us decide what she wanted, he explained the after care for the piercing also. The lady that did the piercing was lovely. She explained everything to me and my daughter and let my daughter take her time when she felt nervous, she even gave her a lollipop! Again she explained to us exactly how to look after her new piercing. They also use titanium earrings with flat backs that are so comfortable to sleep in, even the night after getting pierced! As a family we have had ears, top of ear and bellybutton pierced here and every piercing has healed beautifully, thanks to the skill and expert advise from the staff here! 100% recommended!

I have gotten all 15 piercings done here and I have been happy with every single one. The staff are so lovely and helpful and they talk you through the entire process making sure you are comfortable the entire time. The piercing studio is clean and i’ve never had any trouble with any of my piercings. I could not imagine going anywhere else i definitely recommend going here.

Such an amazing piercing shop I would highly recommend to all. I took my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced after hearing so many horror stories from Claires Accessories piercings and I'm so glad I did! These people really know their stuff and take the time to explain clearly what to expect and what is right plus the after care. Yes there can be a bit of a wait as these are not done by appointment but by sit and wait. Everyone is different so appointments are not on a strict schedule but this allows for a very personal and caring experience. Don't hesitate to go here for all your piercings you won't regret it.

Great service. The lady was very reassuring and professional. Really loved my lower lip piercing. Definitely coming back here. Edit after a year: so far I had a tongue, septum, lower lip piercing and one on the side of my lips. The hygiene and professionalism is still there if not better. Fantastic! The staff are friendly, they stick to the rules (photo ID required), extremely hygienic with all needles sterilised, staff wearing PPE and thoroughly washing their hands. Great aftercare advice and happy to answer any questions. They do not rush you and allow you time if you're a little nervous. I really cannot fault this place!

I am nine years old and i was really nervous about getting my ears pierced, having had a bad experience before that meant I ended up in hospital. The lady who works there was REALLY nice. She took me into a room and she gave me a lollipop. She numbed my ear so the needle didn't hurt as much. It was all done after a few minutes and she was so kind.

Although I was only having another ear (lobe) piercing done, I researched places beforehand...if someone is going to put a hole in your body, however small, you want it done properly! Following the good reviews I settled on Body Art in Maidstone and I'm really happy with the result. The lady who did it was lovely- very kind and patient in getting the piercing exactly right. They take their time and although it may cost more than getting it done in a window somewhere(!) in my opinion it is well worth it. Hardly any pain during or just after the piercing. Ilona at Body Art Maidstone pierced my Tragus. She's so knowledgeable and patient! I have had many piercings done and she is by far one of the best piercers I've come across. She's is incredibly gentle and puts all your nerves at ease. She doesn't rush you once you've had your piercing either, which is great. I usually feel light headed after a piercing but not this time!! I still can't get over how gentle the whole process was. Also, her placement of the piercing is on point. Daith piercing fixed!! Thank you girls for fixing my awful (body link shop's) piercing today after they messed it up. Made me feel at ease and I didn't feel much pain at all, only been 4 hrs after change of bar and swelling gone down on its own and doesn't hurt anymore (finally after 8months).
